Nice staff, good food, modern apartements, quite location

It was a 2 level small hotel. Very modern and clean. All staff from reception to restaurant and cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful

Probably the loud music at the bar, we were in the adults section so not a problem

Location good if you didn’t mind walking to other locations , which we didn’t so all good. Shuttle bus ran to Maspalomas until early afternoon.

No kettle in room and coffee maker not a suitable alternative. Fridge did not appear to be working , but realised late in the day there was a hidden switch to adjust fridge temperature- not easy to find. Charged £10 on site for a leather sun bed which seemed a bit much for a paying guest.

I believe it’s a huge structure however with a cheap touch since there’s artificial plants everywhere (like the full carpet of grass) I was expecting a better touch of nature, it was simply not my kind of installations

I stayed at the hotel for the second time which is always a good sign. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. If you want some peace and quiet - book yourself a room in the adult only area. The hotel facilities are great - from the pools to the gym - it has all you need to spend some nice days.Staff are really super friendly and helpful. They actually make the difference for me.

The place is catering to an all inclusive crowd and the quality of the food and drinks is a bit so and so.In particular the wine is disappointing and the quality of the food leaves room for improvement. My recommendation would be to cut down on the selection and variety and focus more on the quality of the food.

I loved this property. It was clean, relaxed charming and staff were brilliant, kind and helpful.

Everything was great

The food was excellent and varied and the voucher system for not having your room cleaned giving a free premium drink.

The noise can be a bit loud around the pool during activities if your not participating, couldn’t here my own headphones so went to the beach instead. Also some of the music in the evenings was loud into the room.

The staff were soo friendly!! The rooms were fabulous, the perfect size and so clean. The breakfast buffet was the best had everything u could need. Definitely would recommend staying here was so peaceful. The perfect place for my holidays!

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The food was very good and the hotel was clean and very nice. Located slightly further from the beach and the busy parts of Maspalomas but that was exactly what I was looking for!

The staff at the hotel were friendly, always smiling and really added to the experience.The beds and pillows were fantastic along with the general comfort of the rooms in the adult only section. Food was good, no complaints and a great variety every breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Gym opened the same time as breakfast, would have liked the gym to open an hour before breakfast as were early risers and wanted to keep our routine of exercise before breakfast.

The room was really nice, clean and comfortable.

The buffet menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner was almost the same everyday, not only that the food for lunch they also merge it for dinner so it’s almost like eating a left over. The food selection was just really poor. The bar was too small for the amount of guest so people are quieng way too long to have their drinks. I think the hotel should create a bar inside the buffet area too so people doesn’t need to go out and get their drinks. The drinks selection for all inclusive is okay but if you need a proper drinks then you need to upgrade for premium all inclusive.

Clean, not too big, amazing polite staff

Everything. The food was excellent. Stylish lobby. Water in the pool warm & super clean. Rooms clean, modern & spacious. Everything is modern and new. Super friendly & helpful staff. Shuttle bus to Maspalomas available if you have no car. Quiet location.It’s a relatively small hotel with great chill vibe.

The only downside was the artificial grass around the poll area and in front of the apartments, makes it look a bit cheap. No attractions for kids except tiny playground.

Everything, specifically the violin lady playing during pool hour ( so lovely and therapeutic).

There was no bottled water. I didn’t like the fact that all inclusive did not include bottled water, that’s just bad taste and brings down the quality of the hotel.

We went the week after the Easter Holidays, if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing hotel. This ticks the boxes. Low rise and felt like you weren’t on top of people. The Bingo Man in the afternoon is a hoot!!!

It seemed very hard to get hold of water! Little cups and water bottles were not replenished each day in the room. We were on All Inclusive, so this was slightly annoying. But our only grumble.
