It was amazing stay in this hotel. Everything was very cosy and beautiful. We had allinclusive. The food was very tasty and had various options to eat. Amazing view on Dunas the Mas Palomas And location near by everything you need....the beach, bus station just around the corner...planty of bars...and fun things to do around.

The other thing we found was the uncomfortable seats in the lounge/entertainment area.Apart from that everything was really good.We went all inclusive with our sons and partners so 6 in total.Food was really good and served all day in different areas of the day. Lovely rooftop with sun loungers and bar.Thoroughly recommend

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience! The property isn't brand new, but the staff is exceptional: from the reception to the waiters and the poolside bartenders, we found a team that was always smiling and made our stay very enjoyable! We opted for half-board: the food quality is very good, and there is a nice selection at every meal (with variety from one evening to the next). A special mention for Pavel, the hotel entertainer: a truly delightful person, friendly, and very positive (but never intrusive!) who entertained us during our stay with aqua aerobics, bingo, and various games. A real added value for the hotel! The hotel's location is absolutely GREAT

Some areas need some renovation

Food was excellent and well presented in a very spacious dining room.Beds were very comfortable Pool area lovely and rooftop bar had great viewsJust around the corner were lovely beaches and great walks along the seafront.

No real complaints. The showerhead was a bit wobbly and couldn't regulate the water flow.

The bed was good, shower good.

Internet connection was very poor and we were told to stay in the lobby to have good wifi. The smell in the room was bad and came from the toilet. The same smell was in the halway infront of the room. Cold in the room and we could not get heat from the heater. Two days of seven was very high noise comming from the shower drain. No sun at the balcony with street view.

Fridge didn't work. Door didn't double lock. Internet connection in the room was weak (4th Floor).Smell in the bathroom. Mattress was very hard for our liking. Shower door didn't close fully sealed.

Outdated rooms, no wifi in the room, bathroom door didn’t fully close and it was made of glass, hence an uncomfortable lack of intimacy. Plumbing bad in the sink.

Spa was great, we went twice and had a couple’s massage, very reasonably price. We went all inclusive which was also good value for money. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay and they delivered a bottle of cava and chocolate to our room on the day which was lovely. Great location and close to bars and activities.

I would have like a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together but other than that the room was lovely, clean and spacious.

Very clean and fresh appearance. Room was comfortable and quiet and showers was fine. We were on 2nd floor and had a partial sea view from room 248. Got sun on balcony in morning. Plenty of choice of food for breakfast and evening meal (we were half board). Glad we did not go AI though. Pool was lovely and plenty of loungers. The sun went about 4pm at pool but the rooftop terrace was sunny all day. Enjoyed aqua aerobics class and had a few treatments at the spa which were all very good. We were given a voucher for half price entry to pool, sauna etc at spa but we didn’t use those facilities. Pool towels required a deposit of 10 euros each which was returned at end of stay It cost 2 Euros to get pool towel changes (water is in short supply in canaries so this is to deter unnecessary laundry). Hotel was in a great location. Plenty of supermarkets, cafe’s etc on doorstep, 5 mins walk to a nice beach (where we would go for a refreshing swim before breakfast). There is a big market just down the road on Saturdays which finishes at 2pm..worth a visit. Easy walk to Maspalomas sand dunes.

Seating in entertainment not very comfy. Need to change of invest in some cushions.

Food was very good but sometimes cold if you missed the first rotation. The rooftop area was lovely.

We had an anniversary and this was acknowledged by reception on arrival. A surprise in our room was promised. However, the only surprise I got was a big cockroach in the bathroom that night. I reported this at reception and to a cleaner but nothing was done. The other point to raise was the seating in the lounge area was extremely uncomfortable and needs addressing.

I had an ocean view room and liked the view - although i could not enjoy it fully, it was mega noisy - corner room, in front the gate to the trucks loading area, trash bins, ...Big room with a comfortable bed, which as well could not enjoy as no noise isolation in the room - all noises from neughbours, up and down and the right, passing by the corridor from elevator; staff almost not friendly not helping on asking - only 1 person was ok

already mentioned above - very noise place - including lobby; very old hotel, needs renovation for the prices they ask and 4star; i attached the shower...took all inclusive -very small variety of food, fast food for dinner, no local fish on the lunch or dinner, small cocktails...moreover, they cook where you sit, so you will smell all fried food when going out of it; small pool area and limited almost not existing green side...

Staff rude, unpleasent way of saying what is for all inclusive and what is not. Even we payed breakfust and dinner, juice in restaurant wasn't included in price. Spa extra charge, 1h 10e and lady will escort you out. Even they charge you full price, steam room wasn't working. Gym wasn't working in hours we were there at all. Smell from bathroom in the room. Construction work in the hotel. Definetly not worth of 260e per night what we payed.

The property has no issues. But, some of the personnel who work there had shown their horrible attitudes towards me. A couple of people who work at the restaurant acted weird, & most importantly the guy at the reception….if I remember his name is Fernando or something (bald with glasses ? on) behaved in the worst possible way. Fernando (the guy mentioned in the earlier sentence) had treated me in such an awful way that it made me feel like I was staying there just because he let me to, for free. Pathetic behavior of his it was. Either he or the position at the reception needs to get fixed for the benefit of the hotel in general

Hotel staff were great ,cleaners never stopped cleaning

The seats in the entertainment area need refurbished they are very uncomfortable everyone was complaining about them
