Convenient, quiet location. Good breakfast and dinner. Quiet suites. Friendly staff. Well-maintained public areas. Free parking on the streets.

Bedding, pillows, and towels could be more comfortable. They were very worn out. Air conditioning could be more effective, especially at removing humidity.

Spa and breakfast . The 2 masseurs were great, amazing service and professionalism. Breakfast was good, although the meat section (sausages and bacons) can be improved.

Waitress could bring the bottle of water, juices, teas and coffees instead of going to the bar or the coffee machine. Receptionist was not so helpful in terms of helping us get reservations to another restaurant, the receptionist told us I have to contact them my self but after explaining I cant use the mobile phone he eventually phoned the restaurant for me. I am surprised they don't do concierge support for a 4 star hotel

Fantastic food, we really enjoyed breakfast and our evening meal every day we were half board and the selection every evening was fantastic. Breakfast time was an excellent large window too 7-11am. Also had a lovely massage they are relatively expensive, probably the same price as at but a nice treat,

Nothing we didn’t like really. It is a little trip down to the beach either by the hotel shuttle (5 min)or by foot(30mins) , but that was quite nice. The shuttles don’t go in the afternoon or evening, so you need to get a taxi if you want to go out.We thought we’d be able to have lunch or dinner as part of our half board, but it was only dinner. It might’ve been nice to mix up a little bit. The yoga and aqua gym, were good, it would’ve been nice to have a little bit more choice/ activities maybe Yoga and aqua gym every day.

Pure 10 for sure. Club layout with houses, privacy, silence at night, bed, shower, heated pool, well organized and polite staff, breakfast, animations, free parking available, allin for good holidays

Great breakfast, The spa area was fantastic. The free water fountains were a really nice touch.

We got a nice big room, shower was wonderful and everything was comfy. The pool is heated just perfect and was a lot of fun. Staff is really nice and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful!

The hotel is a bit far from everything but if you’re happy walking a bit, it’s right in between the busy eras.

The hotel comprises of small chalets which is a refressing change from large high rise hotels. It was a far more serene and relaxed. The staff are amazing! Every single one of them! They really make the holiday.

The lunch offering need to be improved!

Staff were exceptionally friendly. Cleanliness was very good, food was excellent.

Mini fridge was too small. Shop in reception could have been better.

Breakfasts were really good quality and plenty of variety to suit all tastes.Evening meal buffet was plentiful but could have had a better selection of hot foods. Little in the way of freshly cooked vegetables.

Food could have been hotter in the evenings.......

The personnel was very kind and helpful with suggestions. The welcome drink was appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. However, we stayed only one night so did not have time to appreciate the amenities.

Some receptionists were not so friendly and even didn’t look at you when passing by. On the other side, two of them have been extremely friendly

Facilities and staff were excellent

Little bit far from restaurants, shops and beach but not a problem as plenty of taxis and fine when you have a car.

This was my second holiday at the Club Maspalomas and it is still one of the best places on the island. At least for my needs. Adults only, very comfy bungalows, a nice and temperatured pool and the staff is always super friendly and on point. Lovely guests, mostly british which I find very pleasant as a German. Food and beverages are better then one might expect in a holiday resort.

Here I have to admit that I’m not as happy as I’ve been after my last stay. I really really enjoyed that Club Maspalomas is a quiet place where you can calm down after a hard time in your job or whatever makes you need this. But this time something changed. Someone had the idea to book live musicians for breakfast time! So, instead of starting the day calm with tea and a super long breakfast or some nice chatting with others, there where guitar players and singer/songwriters for about two hours. Unfortunately I had to take breakfast in a rush and go back to the room. Too noisy. Many other guests had the same feeling not to talk about the poor staff who where eyerolling about the new concept. Same with the Aqua Gym. At least two hours later but still in morning time the offered some exercises in the pool accompanied with music and the typical yelling instructor. So, back to the room or noise canceling headphones on and patiently waiting till the torture is over. I want to ask one question - why? Who books an adults only accommodation with the focus on spa sports and silence and expects the entertainment of a Mediterranean cruise? I still try to figure out the answer to that.

It has a wonderful feel about the hotel, from the minute you arrive until the minute you leave. Staff are wonderful and everything is to the highest of standards. Food is fantastic. The pool is excellent, not too busy and it’s a wonderful place to relax. The rooms are lovely, have an outdoor seating / lounge area and you really feel you have your own space at all times. This is our second time visiting and we will be back.

Fab breakfast, wonderful room and facilities, super staff, easy parking, we loved the 'book swop' - just an all-round brilliant stay, with every little thing thought of :-)

Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, relaxed atmosphere, lots to do, the food each day was plentiful, varied and excellent quality. Our second time here and not our last! We loved the entertainment especially the saxophone and guitar players. Very comfortable beds.
