The pool was beautiful but I didn't use it. The breakfast was fresh and had lots of options. The staff is nice.

There were ants in the apartment. The ants were swarming my laptop and all over the sofa.

Food in breakfast buffet and pool bar lunch was excellent. Lovely adult only pool area. Accommodation with a golf view was a bonus. Taxi was very available and took 5 mins to arrive when called

Our bedroom didn't have a small readinglight attached to bedside light like other rooms

The property is lovely and spacious. The pool area is well kept and clean.

There was a sewage smell by the bar area and pool

The roof terrace on our bungalow . The very good WiFi. The heated pools. The dedicated adults only pool. The way the pool and sunbathing area had been built in an area that had been scooped out so that it was protected from the wind.

The food wasn’t great. We just had breakfast which was ok….better than our previous hotel round the corner …but not great.

Need a car to get around although taxis are reasonably priced.

Nice grounds and good size rooms. Breakfast was good variety.

Cleanliness was not good, maid service was sporadic, needed to ask for replacement towels, the floors and the bathroom fittings were not cleaned all week. Dinner at night was very basic and lukewarm , left out for hours without being replaced.

The cooked food was always cold.

The resort is calm and well designed for a comfortable vacation under the sun. The pools are warmed and there is plenty of chairs and shade.

The apartments need renovation - the doors weren’t really closing (the bedroom door especially..), the front door did a strong clack noise when closing which easily wakes you up from sleep. There were some stains on the couch from usage.The cutlery is too modest (e.g. no cutting board, or a real knife) which made us eat at restaurants more often than we intended to.

Bungalows were very nice,comfortable beds.Pool area is well designed , heated pool was great, plenty sun loungers available.Staff were friendly.

The main criticism would be food on offer. Having previously stayed at another hotel within this chain, the meals were in comparison, very disappointing.Taxi needed to bars and restaurants.

The location. But that's easily fixed with a rental car or if you come by bus.

Detached bungalows with 2 private terraces, quite spacious, bright, clean. Quiet and peaceful. Nice area, small green, view of the golf courses. I would characterize the hotel more as an apartment. There is a small kitchen in the room. The hotel has a small pool.

Definitely not worth taking dinners, it's better to go to restaurants nearby and besides, the room has a small kitchen, so you can make yourself a sandwich. Breakfast could be better.

Hotel is not a 4 stars, the reception were not friendly, cleaning room was not always made

Bed service and location, not clean.

Very dirty, with parasite infested bathroom, the bathroom floor are deteriorated, the service was not good, cleaning service was very bed, fast not exiting during my stay, location is bed, very far from the Playa del Ingles and from the city. You need a car to go anywhere. Do not recommend!

Everything was great about the hotel. Sadly a little hiccup when first arrived but from then on superb.

On arrival I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. So cold shower after the flight and cold shower first thing in the morning. It was fixed during the day but not exactly what you want when first arriving on holiday! Brrrrr!

I get confused with date of arrival and departure and thanks to wonderful, professional and so helpful receptionist Karina I was able to to stay this extra days in spite of hotel being fully bookedShe was exceptional and kind person and all the staff was super Also Erica , so understanding

Our whole experience was excellent. The staff were so nice and very helpful. We had breakfast included and that was really lovely and fresh.
