Amazing breakfast delivered to our room. Clean and spacious room.

As a sun lover, I didn’t like our shady patio but others might.

The food was delicious and the hotel looks amazing. The staff was very helpful available 24/7.

The adults only pool was very comfortable and relaxing, great being able to relax and get a bed with relative ease. The room was very spacious and well equiped with fresh water replaced daily.

The restaurant was far too busy and lots of the food was cold. Got served a raw chicken kebab one night, browned on the outsie and raw inside. There wasn't a bar to relax and utilise your all inclusive drinks. The resort itself was lovely but quite remote

The resort is very nice and the staff was very good. The location is very convenient and the town centre and the dunes are at walking distance and it didn't feel like you need to take taxis / car to go there.

Anytime we tried to shower around 6/7pm there wasn't any hot water, which for a family with children was a big issue. We complained twice to the resort but we were told this was a boiler issue, which couldn't be sorted. After escalation to the manager, we were told they could open another room for us to shower only, which really wasn't practical. We were also offered the all-inclusive option for one day but that really didn't make up for all the hassle and the fact that we had to take less than lukewarm showers.

We had a nice apartment with our own terrace. The staff was very helpful and polite. We had free breakfast and dinner, which was OK, but not top quality (which I guess is normal for such a walk-by buffet). We were near the Dunas.

I think I am not suitable for all-inclusive vacation. The food could be better (e.g. the bacon at breakfast was not very good). We had a gekko and a few cockroaches in the house, but that is unavoidable in such regions when you have a terrace on the ground.

Check-in was straightforward, and having a map was helpful. All the food was great with more than plenty of choices. The room was OK but we wish there had been a double bed option rather than just two single beds together. The entertainment group was excellent.

During check-in, we would appreciate being told where the entertainment schedules could be found. It seemed like a burden when you would ask staff at the pool bar to serve you something off the all-inclusive menu as then they needed to deal with payments

Drinks could have been better but overall okay

The location was excellent, being quiet and very close to the town centre. The villa itself was really great, with all the amenities to make a great stay. The villa itself is beautiful and has fantastic views. It was clean, well-designed and a very good size. The cleaner and the garden/pool guy did a fantastic job and were friendly and discrete. The jacuzzi was a very welcome extra.

Some good instructions on using the equipment/ generally about the villa, would be a big help.The beds are pretty hard, so a mattress topper would have helped us. However, we got around the problem and it didn't reduce the enjoyment of our stay.

The breakfast was good. There was different choice options.

We did not get clean cutlery every day. The cutlery smelled strongly of detergent. Cutlery was not cleaned properly or replaced with new ones.

Rooms are like in photos, very comfortable beds, you can use several swimming pools, had nice children area.

For such price we expected much more. No equipment in the room, you are not able to make tea in the evening, if you want you can rent kettle for 6 eur but not sure about cups for tea, how to get them? All breakfast the same so after 2 days you do not have that to eat, dinner kitchen was not so brilliant also, just Mexican night was really giod. drinks in dinner is paid additionally

Really good resort with good location, nice, caring and helpful staff, great food. We were absolutely satisfied.

If I had to suggest something, better light in the bedroom and possibility to connect the beds tightly.

Pool area is great, food selection and quality is good. Very family friendly, family zone with splash park which amazing, good children’s activities, entertainment and children’s disco.

Couldn’t check-in until 2pm, but the resort was very quiet at the time of year. Would have been nice for the staff to be a bit more accommodating given we had 2 very small excited children I.e offer us a space to change after a long flight etc. They weren’t very helpful in this respect.

Room had everything you need, it was clean and in our case very close to the smaller pool.

The breakfast and dinner were good, with standout dishes being the local specialties. However, the "international" dinner could use significant improvement.

The food was very good. Lots of choice and a variety of themed evenings eg Mexican, Italian and Canary Islands Lovely swimming pool with pool for little children just by the main pool and an area of the pool suitable for slightly older children. Good entertainment programme including activities for all ages including adults. Children’s disco was excellent.

Premium area was really nice and quiet and all staff were attentive and nice

Good at the Beirut restaurant could have been better variety and only allowed one drink with our meal which was disappointing given we were All Inclusive

Hotel was fantastic. They gave us a free upgrade. Providing us with free gifts of wine and chocolate. Service was 10/10. Barman very kind and attentive. Facilities and room were amazing. Good location. Would happily stay here again!
