Nothing, apart from the staff. They were really friendly. Also the room was clean.

What a waste of money. Drinks were disgusting, food was disgusting and cold. Beds so uncomfortable. Lots of kids and packed with people. The only bar was the pool bar and the entertainment was mainly for kids. Felt like I was in Benidorm. Sunbeds are all squashed together and no room at all. It's clear the owners are all about getting as many bodies and money in, rather then a good quality hotel and food etc. Never again. A few things broken, like the rack you dry your clothes on and the wardrobe was broken. It wasn't worth the €260 I paid for two days at all.

Smoking in the balconies should not be allowed as I got the smell constant in my room. Wifi could be improved

Daytime entertainment is loud and persistent. Only one pool area so extremely busy, sunbeds very close together. Entertainment staff shout through a mic and play loud music most of the day. Not enough chairs for evening shows.

The staff at Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They always greeted us warmly and were quick to assist with any questions or requests. Their professionalism and positive attitude helped make our stay more enjoyable, and they went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome. It was clear that the staff put in a lot of effort to provide excellent customer service, which we truly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the room itself did not meet our expectations. The wardrobe door was broken and hard to use, which made it difficult to store our belongings. The sofa bed was also damaged and uncomfortable, making it unsuitable for a good night’s sleep. Additionally, We found it inconvenient that the hotel required a cash deposit for basic items like an iron, towel etc, which should ideally be provided as part of the room amenities without extra fees. These issues affected the overall comfort and convenience of our stay.

Non-stop very loud music between 11:00AM and 10:00PM. Terrible.

the selection of food is great something for everyone. The free bus to the beach. Beds are comfy and the housekeeping staff are brilliant. Really enjoyed our stay.

Couldn't fault the place was lovely , kept so clean. Beautiful, day time entertainment was class couldn't fault the guys really got everyone together

The mornings to get a lounger, people are everywhere and towels been thrown over, which is unfair to the people who get up and queue. Need a better system , one queue everyone goes together. Lacked nighttime entertainment, there was entertainment each night just didnt bring the people into it , catching the eye.

Too cramped in, tables and sun beds too close together. Restaurant like a canteen.

Evening entertainment wasn’t great but close enough to get a cab to the centre Only two drinks per person at a time at the bar No bottles water but you can use the refillable water station so bring a bottle!

Clean, enough space as was off season.

Food was just ok.

Location was a little far out. But the hotel provided a bus to the beach everyday. We were happy to relax at the hotel as they had everything we needed. Beds were comfy but sofa bed was abit uncomfortable after 8 days of staying on it you could feel it..That being said I would defo return here. Clean, lots of variety of drinks, great food (love the vegetarian range) animation team were great, and shows every night.

Sofa-bed was uncomfortable. Ok, for the first couple of days, but began to have a sore back towards the end.

Nothing! It was all great

Good value for money. The facilities were amazing, the rooms were clean. A little bit outdated, but that’s understandable. Great variety of food, unlimited beer/wine & ice-cream/slushy. All-inclusive cocktails were too sweet for me, but you can ask for a simple whiskey with coke and they’ll make it perfect. Free little gym, a separate area for the kids, playroom by the reception & restaurants and a mini-market nearby. We had a flight in the evening and received a free lunch voucher on our last day. Entertainment was great.There is also a free bus everyday that takes you to the beach & back.

There’s a fan instead of an AC which made a little bit of noise during the night. We didn’t mind that, but it can be annoying for a light sleeper.In terms of eco-friendliness, this resort gets a 0. Plastic cups & cutlery everywhere that get all thrown into the same bin. Unnecessary single use items. Even food waste gets thrown in one bin with all the other trash, which considering their buffet style restaurant is a massive waste.
