Great Animation daily cleaning, not overcrowded

Minor things are failing, for example Anti-Slip pads on the swimming pool ladder, shower door is not sealed and water goes on the bathroom floor.

Staff were always welcoming and nice. Food was of great taste and very varied. The pool was heated. But what what we liked most, were the cats :) and feeding them (sorry could not hold myself)

food was varied and delicious. Gym was good and the pool was cozy. so nice staffs

the beds had wheel. For a couple, it wasn't suitable since they moved and we had to bring them close several times

Everything was fine for me and my family we enjoyed our stay....Andrew yes we will be returning back later down in the year

More day time games to play and a few more snacks at the day bar

rooms were great. several pools. entertainment team worked hard. great for small kids - disco, pool and play club. main buffet restaurant as expected - large choice of food each mealtime.

the second restaurant - the italian food was great for me but my wife likes fish and can't eat pasta so a bit limited.

We stayed with our two grandchildren one with Autism when I asked the Lady called Marina, who was managing the restaurant at a very busy time, about chicken nuggets for him she said she would ask the chef who did cook them for him!The toddler area was great. Special mention for the animation team AMAZING

Very few Parasols at the pool. but would not put me off returning.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was better than we expected, and we enjoyed the fresh cooking each night. There was definitely something for everyone. As it wasn't peak season there were plenty of available beds around the pool, and the restaurant and bar were not too busy though I expect that it could feel a bit snug during the summer months or school holidays. The beach was only a short taxi drive for around 6 euro but would have been difficult to walk as you are surrounded by busy roads, though we were not bothered by any traffic noise.Overall it was a good stay and value for money.

I liked how it had a choice of swimming pool areas to relax, and it was nice to see the children enjoying themselves as they were entertained by the hotel staff.Plus as a bonus, Holiday World was just across the road.

We arrive the room was not ready bit that was not a problem we said we would go to the pool, but they had no pool towels as they had ran out of them

Then we were to check out, at 12am but the maid came to check us out at 10am

Poor basic hygiene

The bed sheets were not changed at all during our stay. This I know because some chocolate had melted on the bottom sheet & it was just covered over daily. The towels were left out on the balcony by the cleaner on one occasion & left to dry. The mugs were rinsed out & left in the bathroom. This is not good housekeeping. The food is often luke warm, so we used the microwave on many occasions, you shouldn't have to do that. I had a burger the first day I was there that was delicious off the lady doing the barbecue. Unfortunately, after watching her for a couple of days, she didn't appear to be changing her gloves between serving the food cleaning up, wiping the tables down, moving furniture about, and emptying ashtrays, in addition to sweeping up & picking rubbish up, just touching door handles should be enough for a change of gloves. We all know about cross contamination and the importance of good infection control. At least you would think a business like Livvo koala garden would be on top of this before they have an outbreak of something nasty.

Family oriented, great food and staff are superb!

Waited about 20 min to check-in as there was a large group of adults ahead of us. Perhaps, guests with small kids could be looked after ahead of adults so there is less distress on small kids.

Good sized room. a safe box is included in the price. reasonable bed. most of the staff are polite and manage to smile. quiet location

The hotel's reception clerks and the pool guard talked about us quite unpleasantly during check-in. (They thought we were poor when we only came for 2 nights, for us this was a test visit with the wife, the idea is to come on vacation with the grandchildren later. unfortunately we won't choose this hotel) It would be a good idea to at least check if the customer understands Spanish before opening his mouth.. The room and the rest of the hotel are not 4 star level. maybe the 2nd or 3rd food is of poor quality, cold or burnt, some spoiled (leftovers from the previous days are offered again). all inc drinks 2 star hotel level. garbage in the pools and cats everywhere (also on the dining tables ?) a lot of insects in the room (the air conditioning in the ducts or the ventilation in the bathroom window do not have insect screens) service is slow in the pool bar and sports bar, only one employee handles both. He and she did manage to be polite and smile.

Management were rude as hellAfter complaining multiple times problems still not rectified our group of 16 spent between us nearly £30,000 pounds, food was shocking cold beans with a skim on it everything covered with some kind of sauce ie bbq , bacon cold (lunch) seemed to have somethings better at times (dinner ) what a disaster. All three coffee machines broken on a daily basis , we had to pay to eat out, incapable of seating 16 people together despite being arranged in advance the made to wait 25 minutes past the time to say it wasn’t possible we weren’t the only family total chaos you put 6 tables and 16 chairs together we tried it there ! Stayed in better 2 star hotels !

Food was very good,Christmas night was espectacular with the buffet, everything was great!

Location! To far away from the beach front, cleaning staff wanting to clean at 9am a little to early!

Clean room every day, very nice staff, heated pool, good breakfast. Nice evening show for kids and adult. The Italian restaurant is much better for dinner. I highly recommend

The location food and environment was amazing

It didn't say is a family hotel or maybe I didn't check properly So it many kids around and annoying Also to many activities where all I wanted was to relax and listen to music

The rooms were fine. Pool temperature was good.

The fake grass everywhere got waterlogged and didn’t create a very nice feeling underfoot. Maybe a few rows of tiles around the pools would have been better.Sun loungers were reserved very early each day, but when we tried putting our towels out to reserve our own other guests simply threw them to the side or took the towels for themselves. The restaurant was very small considering the number of guests. Food ran out quickly so multiple trips were required back and forth when food trays were replenished. Limited choice of food, but it tasted ok.There was just one bar open in the evening with a long queue. Often only one person serving only a small selection of drinks. The sports bar never showed any sports and didn’t smell very nice and shared the same bar as the pool bar. “Clean” glasses were placed on cloths in the restaurant so guests could help themselves, but the cloths were not washed and smelled sour so the glasses did too. Cocktails were premixed chemicals added to local spirits.Evening entertainment was appalling. Very untalented reps who couldn’t sing or mime. Very limited English, which can be expected when travelling abroad, but when the hotel advertises English entertainment then then should be able to deliver upon it.

The pool was nice and clean. We were allocated in a bungalow that had the pool next to the terrace which was really nice.The whole complex was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

The variety of the food can be improved . The food was similar most of the days . The cocktails included in the all inclusive package could be improved.

There were a few members of staff that were friendly and helpful, the place seemed clean and tidy It was a short walk to holiday world which was a fab little afternoon out!

The food was a bit of a let down, I don't expect alot from an all inclusive, and there were some evenings that it was fine but it was mostly very bland. The breakfast was not great.The soft drinks machines would often run out and we were told there would be no more of a certain beverage for the rest of the day. Some of the staff were really rude, it seemed like having guests at the hotel was a massive inconvenience to them, There was a decent entertainment programme but most of the entertainers seemed bored, really unenthusiastic and not very interested in getting to know the guestsThe general service of the hotel we felt was quite poor and we had expected more for what we had paid.
