FBC Fortuny Resort - Adults Only

The little terrace was great. Having the pool right next to your apartment was really nice as well. The resort, being adult only, was very peaceful and relaxing. The staff were all lovely.

The place could had been cleaner, especially the shower. The stairs inside the apartment can be a bit dangerous especially if you have any mobility related issues.

The whole complex is exceptionally clean and very peaceful. The pool is large and perfect for swimmers like myself and I like the fact that you have your own sun loungers so there is no need to set your morning alarm to claim your loungers. This is a real bonus as it can be quite stressful at other much more expensive accomodation I've stayed at in the past. The on site supermarket is a bonus and the staff made sure that I had gluten free bread throughout my stay after they recieved my request, through the booking.com app. There is also an on site restaurant which provides room service, if prefered, by scanning a QR code in your property. It couldn't be simpler to use. Everything has been thought of to make your holiday as stress free as possible.

My only recommendation is that the matresses and pillows could be more comfortable but for the price of the holiday, which was exceptional value, it is only a small recommendation.

Spotlessly clean, relaxing atmosphere, easy reach of beach (25 min walk), supermarket , buses and taxis!

Beautifully designed rooms overlooking the pool. Restaurant on site was excellent and very good value. Staff were all very helpful.

It is situated quite a long walk from the beach/paeso maritime. Liam bikes would be useful.

The pool area was fantastic and kept very clean. Having our own summers and own terrace. Cleanliness was excellent. The variety of seating in the bar area. Large TV in the bar area. 24 hour shop. We arrived late and it was wonderful to be able to buy a cold bottle of wine.

Would have been nice to have entertainment once of twice per week. Apartments dated and repairs to items such as shower tray and fridge drawer were particularly unsightly. Often slow service in the bar and a lack of clearing away of dirty dishes - these were often left for hours. The English breakfast was awful - the worst we’ve ever had.

I travel to Gran Canaria twice every year, and have done for the last 12 years, and in this time have stayed in many hotels and apartment complexes. Fortuny Resort is an excellent property with superb facilities, and excellent staff. The chillout & restaurant area is superb, as is the pool area. Rooms are very well appointed and very clean.

As this was a work trip for me, the WiFi was very, very slow and quite unusable especially for video based meetings. I mentioned this to one of the receptionists when I was checking out, and was told there were other WiFi options they could have provided me with (a dedicated router was mentioned), to facilitate my business WiFi requirements, so partly my fault, but was unaware of this until I checked out. The on-site shop was an added bonus, but was quite low in stock of certain items.

Good basic facilities within the property. Lovely warm high pressure shower! Peaceful surroundings.

Twin beds that didn’t lock together meaning one always slipped down the gap. No air con in the rest of the apartment other than the bedroom! Very small issues that we wouldn’t complain about.

THE CATS especially when they are wondering around u as u eat .It’s a bit far away from the main place like lighthouse and beach .PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get management to look at the lack of staff in the bar/restaurant the 2 staff on at night one trying to cook orders the other trying to serve take orders clean tables and also take online orders that mite have come in from room service we waiting 2 hrs between to courses as the staff were under unbelievable pressure take on extra staff the hotel is clearly makin enuf money to pay extra staff rather than burning out the staff that r on the floor trying to do 4 people’s work with 2 staff

Fantastic hotel, clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, amazing cocktails, food delicious, pool area lovely, basically like having a swim up room if you get a pool view room.

No aircon downstairs

The staffs were very friendly, the ambient was nice too.

The bungalow was not clean, the shower, wash basin were not clean, bed wasnt comfortable cause it was 2 singlebeds, the bedshits and towels where ful ofl stains.

Clean and tidy, great staff, friendly and always a smile on thier faces. Has everything you want in a stay. A bit out the way from everything but I like that everything is under €10 taxi ride away.

Our second stay here and we loved it just as much as the first time! It's so peaceful and relaxing, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the facilities are great. We just know we'll be back again - thank you to all the staff.

Would love if the air con was a bit stronger but it still works fine!

Pool was excellent.Resort was quiet & relaxing.Staff friendly & attentive.Would highly recomend Fortuny resort to friends & relatives for relaxing holiday location.will return to Fortuny myself when travelling to Gran Canaria in the future if available.

Loved the swimming pool & the organisation around it. No balls or jumping in the pool allowed. Always plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. There were lots of taxis outside which was a great bonus for us and it was only 4.5 euros into Maspalomas.

I would have liked air conditioning downstairs as well as upstairs as i found it incredibly warm. I would also have liked an ordinary kettle in the apartment.

Adults only & quiet, bungalow good set up to pool

Basic kitchen utensils, some missing , cleanliness could be better in kitchen & bathrooms !! Needs a refurb, restaurant pricy for a small establishment, no wonder it was quiet !!

Very relaxed atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff.The room was a great size and layout, facilities were lovely.

The air con in the bedroom wasn’t great.

Food was good quality, the setting very relaxed, chilled out vibe The Pina colada's where awesome.Had Breakfast and Dinner at the resort, very acceptable.The reception staff are amoung the friendliest most helpful I've come across in all my travels.

There was nothing I didn't like about this resort, quiet and relaxing.

Fridge could do with being replaced towels a little worn Lifeguard needs to not be so strict with what you can do in the pool , nobody in there but yet still not allowed to do anything

The accomodation was even better than expected. It was in a lovely quiet location so perfect for a very relaxing holiday. The on site restaurant was good and the accomodation so clean and spacious. the addition of your own sun loungers was great as there was no rush in the morning to claim them and the onsite supermarket was well stocked & even had gluten free products which I reordered when I ran out and they were delivered 2 hours later.

It was around a 20 minute walk to the beach area where most of the bars and restaurants were for the evening, but we didn't mind that although some people we spoke to did.
