Bungalows Las Almenas

Nice quiet location but plenty of buses to travel on. Only 20mins walk to Playa de Ingles. Restaurant over the road was great with a good supermarket too. Communication from Maria was excellent.

We found the walls very thin and had a few disturbed nights due to the noise from neighbours.

Loved the bungalow. Everything there that we needed.. Perfectly clean. Pool area was clean.

There were children staying who were noisy. I was under the impression that the bungalows were adult only, but that may have been my misunderstanding.

It was clean, safe and quiet

It's a bit outdated especially the bedrooms. Just the bathroom was removed. The beds are however comfortable so it's a good value for money.

Clean rooms, washing machine at the room, central location

Convenience to supermarket, restaurants, transport etc. it was so easy to get anywhere. Good location in general but especially with children aged 10 to 14 it was very handy for Aqua Land and Holiday World - both super hits!

Unfortunately the beds, for us, were not quite comfortable. We were only there for 4 nights, which was just about enough for a family of five given the size of the bungalow with only one bathroom.

very recommendable. The clean and nicely styled apartment has an excellent size for 4 persons and is inside equipped with 2 bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen, TV & WLAN. But most we did like the very nice and modern style refurbished bathroom including huge rain-shower. Outside you'll have a sunny terrace and a private pool / 4 apartments including a regular cleaning service. The area is calm and w/o traffic, a supermarket is very close. (3 Minutes walk). The beautiful Maspalomas beach is reachable by a short walk of 30 minutes, alternative bus or taxi (5€).). Also thanks to the owners Maria and Laura for taking care on small things and beeing interested in steady improvement of their apartments.

On the plus side the location was quiet and pleasant . However the signposting and lighting for the entrance in the complex is poor and if not familiar with the various narrow alleyways, the place is difficult to find.

The bungalow is furnished but most of the furniture is very old and wobbly ( drawers are actually falling apart in one of the bedrooms ), the walls and doors need a new lick of paint and the kitchenette requires a full overhaul. The mattresses aren't very comfortable. The windows and doors overseeing the pool have no curtains or blinds , therefore there is no privacy at all unless you close the outside metal shutters which are fixed closed . Opposite the bungalows appears to be private residences with access to the pool. The pool has no safety fencing so not suitable for children.The bathroom is nice and probably the only one that looks like the pictures uploaded on the site.

The apartment was cozy and the host was friendly and always easy to reach! The pool side was also vibe ?❤️

Excellent accommodation clean and affordable would highly recommend . Central to all amenities.

In December 2022, we spent one week with children in Las Almenas. That was the best holiday time! Everything was very good! We liked the location of the place. It is in a quite area of Maspalamas. The road to the Maspalamas beach was very beautiful, peaceful, and quite. The way to beaches (both Playa des Engles and playa des Maspalamas takes about 40 min), but it is very pleasant and relaxing! Finally, these daily trips made our time even better! The property itself is comfortable and clean. There is everything inside which was advertised. The swimming pool is exceptional! It is very cozy and relaxing, to have own table near to the swimming pool! The stuff was very helpful and nice! I fully recommend this place for a relaxing time! If you need to rest from noisy places - this places is just the best one!

lack of shops due to covid which is sad for the retailers

Shower was very powerful, loved it. The size of the bungalow was ok for two people.

Some of the facilities need to be changed such as kettle as the coffee had a weird taste when the water got boiled. Sun beds outside looked very ild as well. Bungalow is very dark inside.

The yeard, own peace and pool were nice. The staff was helpful and understanding.

There was bad mold issues with no aircon, original bed had no blankets nad it was too cold, in the kitchen no spices, some basic kitchen stuff was missing and there were only few forks, mugs etc. Also the neighbour house's couple played music super loud and thus you couldnt relax by your poolside. The size of the apartment cannot have been 50m2 but max 40m2 and in the livingroom there were no windows :(
