the pool was in good condition and the water was clean and good temperature.Breakfast and dinner were good. Rooms were nice. Staff was extra friendly and attentive. I must give a special mention to Fran from the bar for being super helpful.

Went for the evening meal and whilst eating the main, staff cleared all the desserts and fruit. Should have asked us first if we wanted any and give us the choice to decide.

The size of the bungalow was great, and the pull out bed was comfortable. The pool was also nice, not too loud and they dont allow smoking by pool area which was nice for us.

The food was terrible, and even worse for me as a vegetarian. We did all inclusive but ended up having to eat dinner out each night. Drinks were not very good either and anything not terrible was behind a paywall.

The staff ❤️ and the location

I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in a very different kinds of places. Still it surprised me that in the bungalow everything was very dated. Looked quite different in the pictures. Lots of broken tiles, broken toilet, broken showerhead etc. Everything was worn-out. Beds too. It really needs a complete reno. The sofa downstairs was stained and quite disqusting to be honest. Luckily nobody was sleeping in it. The closet was dusty and we didn’t want to use it. Cleaning should be better all over. You could hear everything from the next-door apartments and outside. The pool area was ok. It was forbidden to reserve sunbeds before the pool opened, but it was still done and no actions behalf the staff was taken. The best part of the stay was the staff and location. We had AI, the food was good, although mostly cold. It would be helpful if everything was labeled, because you could’t tell what the food was. For instace my travel companion had severe allergy and it was very difficult to say if food contained allergen or not. Language barrier was quite strong, eventhough allergy was told in the booking, in the check-in and when we went to eat. It was impossible to say, if the cook understood what we were asking. Very difficult and limits AI much.

Good location and overall experience of type of properties

The quality of the house is some sort of cartoon or paper, you can hear your 2nd, 3d or even fourth neighbor coming into the house and doing things ?There's a need for some ventilation in the bathroom.The breakfast area is overcrowded, all 4 days in a row.

Good meal selection. Good internet . Quiet. Comfortable beds . Very secure. Friendly staff .

No enforcement of pool rules. Chairs were mostly occupied by towels around the pool . Very difficult to find lounge chairs . Lounge chairs should all be adjustable. None of the coffee machines worked properly. Poor lighting in the rooms.

It's good value for money with good location.

It's no smoking place throughout. There is not a designated smoking area inside the resort, including the café/restaurant. It makes it a bit inconvenient. Smokers have to return to their bungalow or exit the resort for a cigarette The bungalows are old and poorly maintained.There is no cleaning service every day (3 days we left with the same towels).

Staff were very friendly and large selection for breakfast.

The AC in our apartment was next to useless - it really didn’t cool the room down and the temperature was fixed so we weren’t able to lower it.As mentioned above, the water in the oool was really cold.Limited parking facilities and we often struggled to find a parking space for our rental car if we had gone out for the evening.

What an amazing place. It has everything you need for a great holiday. The staff are working hard all day to keep the place and pool clean and today. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is standard all inclusive fare, but is of really good quality. The entertainment in the evenings is a bit lacking, but that is not the fault of the hotel. The daytime entertainment programme is one of the best I have experienced and the kids loved it.

The vibe round the pool was great. Lovely pool and feel. Animacion was great! Music and games good. Shop on site was so good and reasonable prices. Rooms were okay but a little dated. Although a couple of negatives. I would definitely recommend and would go back in a heartbeat.

The food was plentiful in choice but some of the quality wasn't the best and the restaurant felt a little like a canteen because it has no windows and acoustics are loud. Sunbeds were okay but some are starting to fall apart.

We really do like the Restaurant and the food. The surroundings, the colours, the flowers, the atmosphere. The staff are exceptional! We received nothing but kindness!

I knew it after make the trip that all of “Vista… something” is iqbal to poor quality and family business. Pictures are manipulating by computer so the pool it’s small for the entire complex, very hot inside of the building like dinner area and horrible, poor and short night amenities like music, starting at 9 pm and ending at 10 pm. The only thing I don’t have any complaints is about the employees, less the blond lady at the front desk, so mean, the rest, is the only five star about my vacation there… I’ll never repeat, pinky promise…

Nice bungalows. About €8 for the taxi to the beach, but there was also a free bus (we never used). Beautiful beach. Aquarium in Las Palmas worth visiting, about 1 hour on a bus journey. There are loundry facilities on site in the resort for €4. Taxi from airport about 30 minutes €50. Would recommend the hotel. Friendly staff. Kids club from 11am to 11:45 where kids do arts and crafts and are minded. Other activities throughout the day. Miss it already. ? The bed upstairs in the bedroom was very comfortable, the couch downstairs not so much. Kettle in the room. Air conditioning was quiet, which was great.

Hard to find a parking space, so we didn't bother renting a car.

Rooms are really dirty. Cleaning is not well done. Food was awful except breakfast. The cats walking around are scary.
