Location is excellent. Supermarket next door , restaurants right outside and shopping center is a few feet away. Staff was great .

I am a nudist and booked because they advertised a nudist section. No one was nude. Disappointed. The updates to the room were cheap. Painted over tile that was flaking. Sink was cracked. Bed was hard, two twins pushed together with a center section binding them . Fell into the dip of the two. For the price I paid could have stayed elsewhere for almost 3 nights.

The hotel is really in a good location where we could catch many restaurants and bars also shopping. A little more than a kilometer from the beach Playa del Inglis. Almost 5 kilometers from Dunes beach. Was always clean, thank you for cleaning staff.

The fridge was very small and not cold enough for the Sommer time, and it doesn't have a freezer, even a small one at least to have pieces of ice. The bar and swimming pool close at 20:00.

Great location at a great off-season price. Spotlessly clean. Super lovely helpful staff.

Location - if you like the Yumbo. However, you have to put up with the noise of the Yumbo until 4-5am!

Room basic as basic that could be! No kettle or any cooking facility. A fridge that did not work- hence food and milk went off overnight!

The staff are really friendly and helpful, the location is good. Food and Drink is reasonably priced.

This is our 2nd time staying at Ritual this time we went for a self-contained unit with kitchen. Both stays we have had issues with fridges. Christmas the fridge just was not cold do had to bin lots of food. This time even on the lowest setting it froze everything so again lots of spoiled food and drink, which is disappointing. The Kitchen and facilities are very basic and the whole venue is very very tired and needs a good make over and refurb. Wifi kept dropping outBathroom is small, shower head kept falling apart and paint came off the wall whilst showering. it just needs some time money and tic invested in it. Saying that we would stay again.

Ritual hotel is in perfect location for Yumbo, stuff is super friendly, pool in full sun all day Rooms are nice and big, sunny, top floor rooms lovely.

Apartment in very comfortable just needs a bit more love especially skirting boards floors in kitchen area

Junior suite room was really nice with the separated living room area with fridge. Two TVs. Nice big balcony that was private. Staff were fantastic especially on reception.

Shower in bathroom could do with some upgrading and a deep clean. Air con didn't work. Phone didn't work to call reception

Nice place to stay. near all of the highlights of the resort... Only Negative was the Noise from the night club that went on well into the early hours. good place to stay, but a little overpriced... Don't forget your earplugs

Comfortable bed, close to Yumbo centre

Very dated decor. The kitchen had only one electric socket for a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The TV had no remote control. When I arrived the coffee table was dirty, the hall light didn't work and the shower head had a leak so sprayed everywhere.The rooms all overlook the Yumbo Centre so are noisy at night.

Great location just next to the yumbo, downside is you can still hear music pumping until 4am which may stop you getting to sleep. Overall though great value for money, I’d defo stay again

The hotel rooms are extremely disappointing. Very rundown & badly in need of refurbishing. Very tired & tatty. Rusty fridge, paint peeling off all over, disgraceful showers. High speed WiFi so slow most of the time it was unusable.

This lovely hotel is getting tired, begging for a paint job! Those bold colours need maintenance, and chipped paint in bathroom etc very obvious when it's bright blue painted onto white tiles.Seems bizarre for such a social property that there was nowhere - not even a vending machine - to get drinks after 8pm.

Did not have breakfast. too close too the mall and discothequesHad a litle sleep, otherwise good.
