We have stayed here a few times. The staff are amazing and the location brilliant. The rooms are now looking tired and worn, and they need renovation

Beds were really uncomfortable. Restaurant very expensive €14-€16 for breakfast each. Enjoyed trip just wouldn’t stay here again

The location was great.

The rooms were not sound proofed and you could easily listening to everything happening in the room next to you. It was actually pretty unfortunate, and it promises a four star resort, but the build was defo sub par.

Great location, very friendly staff, human-size facilities and almost zen style. We loved it!

Could hear couple next door arguing ?.thin walls. Had to ask to get toilet cleaned when I arrived which was done immediately.Would be nice to have a bowl, spoon, etc in room. Also would be nice to have towels provided for sunbeds

The walls are very thin and you can usually clearly hear conversations your neighbors have in their rooms. Not perfect for vacation...

Superb accommodation. Quiet, spotlessly clean, friendly staff, great location. Would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again if travelling to Gran Canaria.

OK, but not as expected for the price.

Cleanliness level was not the best:-Firstly, there were some stains of (possibly) sunlotion on the bedside wall, main power switch was dirty with pink stains on it, some coffee/tea stains on the table from previous stay - all this was there when I checked in, and during the stay were not cleaned up (I cleaned up the table myself day two).-Also, curtains were quite dirty, especially at the sliding door part - where touched most often.-The light grey sofa was stained all through (you could see they had tried to clean it but didn't really manage).-The bathroom was cleaned only superficially. The glass/plastic partition wall was obviously not cleaned after previous guests and in general, some mold was developing between the tiles and behind WC.Also, even though it was stated that the resort was renovated pretty recently, you could see the works were not done properly as there were (hopefully, superficial only) cracks in the walls inside. Some of the furniture (bedside table) was damaged. The exterior looked way fresher in general than the inside. The door handle was quite loose, had to get it fixed.Coffee capsules didn't get refilled. Neither was the bottled water. Safe to be paid for.There was a locked door connecting mine to the neighbouring condo, and the soundproofing was real bad, so I could hear almost everything.It is quite a longish walk from the nearest beach, not really justifying the name.

The location is superb for the yumbo shopping centre. The rooms were spacious and the shower was great. The grounds were huge with different areas, sun beds and 2 hot tubs and a pool. The breakfast was really good

The pathways were dangerous, with sharp drops. No room numbers on the walls. The staff didn’t tell us anything when we arrived like breakfast or anything to enhance the stay. Shame really as it could be an amazing place. Didn’t like the interconnecting door to the next room, we could hear every part of their conversation.

Swimming pool over chlorinated Music played in the pool area was very loud, meaning it was difficult to relax and get some 'quiet time'I was charged twice for breakfast and this was not apparent until after Reception had charged my card at check-out, however it was rectified quickly. Make sure to ask for an itemised bill before paying.

Nice modern development, decent sized rooms, nice pool area.

Bar a little pricey but not too bad. Us heterosexuals heavily outnumbered by gay men which wouldn't normally bother me until they start kissing and fondling each other in the hot tub. Also several gay cyclists present who feel it is acceptable to walk about naked. May be fine at a totally gay resort but not when i'm sitting there with my wife.

Really outstanding venue. A few minor queries - no laundry service was a problem, there was no fridge in the room, and we did not like the music being played all day - bad disco noise, disturbing siestas. We had to ask them to turn it down, but it is not necessary, anyhow.s.Small points as otherwise we loved the venue and the staff.
