very good place to stay. staff was very kind and helpful, food was good, saturday night dinner was even great. pool area was very big and there was enough space for everyone

.The TVs could have been bigger but are you going to watch TV on vacation? The pillows could be more comfortable/bigger :) Overall everything was great

The property is big and quiet. It is good for short walks. There is a nice viewpoint in one corner. The pools are clean and well kept. There is also a pool for kids. The rooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

They could provide some essentials in the kitchen.

The location was good if you rent a car, near autodrome to both North or South. Also the gardens inside the facilities are exceptional.

The cleaning. For 4 consecutive days nobody took away 4 cups of coffee and didn't clean our balcony. Also the room although I requested it to be able to sleep 4 adults the sofa bed is not a bed to sleep. The food was ok but nothing special, especially on breakfast.

Traveled with my daughter alone and super happy with our stay. The hotel facilities, the staff! Really super nice and we felt so taken care off. I also loved the location that is a bit outside noisy area but also close enough to go by taxi or bus.

Could have liked some better pillows but it's really small thing.

The pool, the spacious rooms, the views, and the facilities at the hotel. Also the staff were exceptional.

Not much not to like.

We loved everything about Palm Oasis! It’s easy to get around with a rental car from the location. Parking underneath was convenient and price per day was reasonable. Breakfast was good and also reasonably priced. Palm Oasis overall was super clean and well-maintained, may it be your room, the pool, restaurant, etc. Staff / employees were extremely kind and helpful. My partner and I already said we would stay here again when we come back to Gran Canaria.

The only things I noticed – when we first arrived, our room smelled strongly of cleaning products, but went away after we opened the windows the first evening. And… that some of the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced. Maybe some rooms have gotten renovated recently compared to others, but there was rust on the metal parts in the bathtub / faucet / soap holder / etc.

Only one issue, the spare bed pull down sofa is not suitable for 2 persons and with booking a one bed apartment we gad one person sleeping on the balcony lounger. Not ideal but as they were teenagers they managed.

The pools are great, the timing of the bar/restaurant is good. The location is good.

Manager of the property Antonio,there was some problems with my booking about meal plan we stay half board.I pay for my stay and meal for 4gests,for some reason booking did not add corectly my children age and send to hotel that my children age was 0 and 0 and manager Antonio done nothing to solve this problem even booking.com contact them and told them that i pay for 4 gests meal plan still was not good enough for big manager.So for this reason never visit this place again.

Great place for a vacation with children. Polite staff, clean and good food. Very nice pool area with heated pool. Our room was so spacious and cozy. We have only good things to say about the vacation.

The property is lovely set in beautiful grounds to sit and relax in! The apartment was spacious and clean Really great location it’s very handy having an Aldi across the road if you are self catering and a taxi into the main town is only approx €7-€8Staff are so helpful and friendly too

the whole resort is nice and kept in high cleanliness. the pools are amaizing, the view from the terrace too. the birds singing in the morning was wonderful. the prices in the bar are affordable. unfortunately, it is very far from the ocean. when we booked, we thought ok, we can do it. however, walking up this hill was tiring. next thing, if you do not get up at 7/8 am when everyone goes for breakfast, you do not have a sunbed. people going for breakfast put towels and they lie on the sunbeds all day! we were there for 7 days, not even once we manage to lie right by the edge of the pool. then there is lunch, people go to eat leaving towels on the sunbeds for an hour or two ? the pool is empty, there are only green towels - the staff does nothing about it. there are three pools. one for children, next to it another larger one, and the third on the opposite side of the bar, it would seem that for adults. two pools for children is enough space, however many parents let their children into the third larger pool with mattresses, balls, and other pool accessories, which was slightly irritating, because instead of swimming you had to be careful not to "hurt the three-year-olds on the big mattress" next thing, as a good tip - stick something under the legs of chairs and tables in the apartments. the furnitures are heavy, when someone moves a chair on the floor above, there is unimaginable noise downstairs! and it is enough to stick pads so that the chairs do not "scuff". it's unbearable after 10pm when you want to go to sleep! one gentleman from the reception was very rude, treated the Spanish with respect, but was very unpleasant towards foreigners and gave information on the basis of "whatever” the cleaning ladies were very nice and bar service was amazing!

Perfect for a young family (or any sized family/couple/group of friends!) Beautiful hotel grounds, you feel like you're somewhere very exotic. Pool grounds are just beautiful and so well maintained and kept tidy throughout the day.Hotel inside is quite basic but clean and nice staff. Apartment was ideal for us to be able to make our own breakfast (Aldi across the road for your fresh bread/pastries/fruit) and I could make some lunch the odd day as you wouldn't really want to eat at the pool bar every day! Quiet at night time which was good for us, but there's a nice buzz around downstairs until 10pm at night.Cleaner was in every day to make beds, fresh towels, which we were really impressed by! We'll definitely be back.

Everything was lovely. Only improvements I would make is the hotel itself needs a little updating. The playground had some holes in the ground which needs filling as my little one was close to falling many times. Also saw screws coming out of some steps as you go up to the mini golf.Pool bar offers a decent daytime menu but the food could be a little better in quality! Cocktail sizes were also on the smaller size. Lovely staff though and very friendly esp towards my toddler.There isn't a huge amount to see in the area which is fine as you will want to spend most of your time at the hotel pool anyway, and it's only like 7 minutes down to Maspalomas beach/dunes etc

Having stayed previously many years ago we knew the location was good for us. Our apartment was lovely, very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and we loved the pool bar - great pizzas.

The smell of the cleaning products used by the maids - even the fridge had a bleach smell.

We liked our 2bed apartment, which was very comfortable, clean and with great views. Beds were very comfy, but we need to give a minus for pillows, too hard.Cleaning team was coming daily and living the apartment refreshed.We loved swimming pools and the area around it. There was an underground parking, game rooms and free laundry with 3 washing machines and two tumble dryer.Free transport to maspalomas beach, however we had a car, so didn't use it.There was a shop in the complex with food, cosmetics and some clothing. Also a discount shop on the other side of the road.

We had a two bedroom apartment, which had two bathrooms, kitchen and a roof terrace. The apartment was huge, well equipped and comfortable (except sofa). The pool area is very beautiful and perfect for smaller children who do not like jumping into the pool. Food was average, but good enough for one week stay (drinks not included in dinner). Warmly recommended to families with small children. It is possible to cook yourself in the apartment's kitchen, if you prefer better food. Car is needed if you want to see the Island. Mountains are often cloudy, so check the weather in advance (eg. yr.no).

Extremely friendly staff.. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bathroom will need a bit of an update, there was no showerhead or tube for the bath rub. The terrace was great. Pool facilities very well maintained. The buffet offered a lot of different choices.The food and restaurant was good amd clean.I would recommend Palm Oasis for its staff, apartments and quiet location. One feels relaxed here!
