Spacious rooms, nice pool and each day a new menu of food.

The food was okay, alot of the cut fruits where from previous days, the eggs tasted strange for some reason and some of the plates still smelled.

Staff were great. Food variety for all inclusive was perfect. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Maybe pool water could have been warmer.

I like the pool area and inside the bungalows. I think the place has a good potential.

The food was really below expectations. Breakfast disappointed us in terms of food quality.

Sad is that it could be very nice accommodation but it seems stay neglected, missing maintenance in general. All looks old and used a lot which can be ok if somebody repair and renovate whole complex.Details:- room main door open by pin code but in hole of display you can see cables which is dangerous for children which put finger everywhere.- in description is mentioned minibar but reality is just empty fridge- wifi working well during day but in evening or night loosing allways connection- there is smart TV, true but without connection to internet you cannot watch Netflix, prime or Disney channels only Spanish terestrial TV- there is terrace but only one chair- all furniture is scratched, sofa falling apart and double bed mean two twin beds putting together- only speaking English was receptionist but all remaining stuff speak only Spanish, somebody would expect that when hotel have international guests then at least waitress can speak little bit English- all inclusive was the most disappointment, you can order only from 5-6 mix drinks which taste nothing special, coffee is self-service in coffee machine even you can see exoreso machine in the bar but if ii need something better you must pay, it's not includes in all inclusive. Even fruit shakes you must pay.- when you check in they give you brochure with plenty of rules but nobody follow them. My 3 years old sun in children pool always bothered some spoiled kids which parent's didn't care and rather drinking in the bar.

We most liked the peace and quiet, something you don't get when you stay in larger multi-storey resorts. Liked the outdoor pool table / decent coffee / good food and freindly staff.

Kind staff, nice pool area, regular buses down to both beaches, wifi works fine, dinner is tasty and you get 1 free drink included, room cleaning is super B, every day. You can really concentrate on enjoying your holidays and nothing else. Massage is also worth to try.

I brought this up last time as well that the facilities need more improvements and taking care of. Many machines are broken in the gym as they were a year ago and getting worse. I brought this up every single time and will do it now that the mini jacuzzi's operating time MUST BE increased in the outside pool as it is like 1 minute and for pushing the button you have to keep getting out of it. The breakfast is rather poor, breads are tasteless, synthetic scrambled eggs still, the only thing enjoyable is the fried-eggs and pancakes you have to ask the cook for to make you. Coffee machines with the text that it's only for the dinner customers is plain stupid, everybody will drink coffee regardless just remove that. The last think which will require a major overhaul is the badly designed showers in the bungalows which were made flat so the water flows everywhere it can inside the bathroom (for this they come up with the workaround to give you tons of towels to suck up the water), these showers should be rebuilt with a slope so this cannot happen. Just some food for thought. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and I will stay there next year too, hopefully there will be some improvements.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I’m not sure what 4 stars are for but it’s definitely not a four star hotel. First of all the sheets weren’t clean and in the middle of the night I was woken up by a noise made by cockroaches. I was refused to be moved to a different room at the beginning due to lack of availability. I was disrespectfully treated by a manager saying:‘how come the roaches come out when you’re there, and never when cleaning staff is there’ or ‘bugs are everywhere’. Don’t waste your time and money.

The resort actually has individual little bungalows with a table and chairs outside, spacious rooms and an enclosed area with a clothes line.

The car park needs signage. Also, google maps through the property was on the other side of the road, which is confusing on arrival, in the dark.

Good hotel with a pool and plenty of meal options. You have access to fitness and bar. The hotel is also really good looking and we really enjoyed sitting beside the pool. There was plenty of shade. Each room is its own apartment in its own house and it looks really nice. Hence you have a lot of privacy. There are palm trees, bushes and fake grass everywhere and it really adds to the looks. You also have a small shop nearby which is a huge plus.If you want to relax, sip some cocktails or beer and just enjoy life, then this is the hotel for you.

The location is full of exactly looking hotel and they own every bit of land there. Therefore you can’t get direct access to dunes and beaches, because they have fence everywhere. You have to make a really big circle around which is not really amazing. We also didn’t like Maspalomas much since it lack some authentic vibe. Its made for tourists that came on the island to spend money.

the single beds were not comfy, it would be better if the couple are travelling so there would be a double bed, also washing machine for €30 was way too expensive

A few days it was quite busy but there were enough chairs to lay on near the swimming pool. You need a car to get around.

Pool was freezing so no one was using jt Location looks good on the map but there is no shortcut to get to town on foot easily (you have to go around which takes around 30-45 min) No restaurants nearby There is an option to get a free shuttle in the morning or taxi for around €7 each way

Hotel is situated in a nice remoted area in Maspalomas which is very calm. Across the street you have a nice Tennis/Padel Club. The staff especially the cleaning ladies work hard with a smile. Everyday was suite nice and tidy.

The pool was not heated. We felt unheard when we discussed it at the reception. It was a nice pool when your name is Wim Hof or you like taking ice baths on a daily basis. So i will not recommend this hotel if you are planning a family holiday with kids

Food was very nice and fresh, good products are used. The atmosphere in the hotel is cozy, calm. The garden is really taken care of. Most of the staff is friendly and nice with kids.

Rooms could be renewed, after taking the shower there is water all over the bathroom floor, towels are not nice, coffee could be more delicious.

Clean, good restaurant, not crowded.
