Superb position. Lovely garden. Attractive building.

Horrendous battle to get a table at dinner. Terrace every night was quite cold and guests forced to wear coats at breakfast. Barbecue not very good Some staff arrogant and not very helpful.

Staff were particularly friendly, the food was great, huge choice. Loved the pool and also the sauna and facilities.

This was our second visit and the hotel certainly lived up to expectations. The staff without exception are all so helpful and attentive and made out stay so enjoyable. We definitely plan to return.

Nothing really but maybe a couple of beach towels in the room would be appreciated. They are provided but have to be collected from the pool attendants.

1 night music you could hear music from another hotel in the room untill late. some parts of the hotel are a bit dated

Spatious room with an excellent view to the ocean. Very clean, with a lot of amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It worth it every penny!

Food is great, love the spa area, staff are all fantastic. Gave us a courtesy room on day of check out as our flight was a late one.

We were right by the kids area and they would wake us up early. Having to get up at 7.30 to make sure we got a decent sun bed.

Delicious food with live music in the evening, big territory with pools, palms, sauna and fitness centre. Free yoga classes (which I did not manage to attend). Very close to Maspalomas beach. Staff is very professional and always listening to clients.

Some dinners were on the menu and it took too long to get the food served.

The hotel is a land of plenty. No need to worry about getting a sunbed or a table. The buffets never run out. Good choice of facilities.The front desk is especially helpful.

Room lighting is modest, and the switching is confusing. WiFi is slow

The group are very nice.The kids club is very interesting, my daughter had a great time there.The pool and the chair are very convenient.

All in, 5 star price for one night, food and drink basically rubbish, the cheapest drink you canbuy in the market. Before you advertise 5, 4 star or whatever, check what you are offering. It was maybe just reaching 3 star level and i payed appro. 250 eur for one night. It was a total rip off.

Amazing service, very friendly and professional staff, great choice on the breakfast menu and bbq dinner night, lots of space and always free sun-beds around 3 swimming pools

The only thing is that they couldn’t provide iron in the room, so we had to use paid service to iron shirts

Outstanding service and great breakfast. Also pool was nice and warm.
