Comfortable beds, good location, friendly staff

Shame the on site bar is shutdown, kitchen would have benefitted from having a kettle

We had no real issues, except we didn’t see a maid for the full 7 days. I know there is a €20 fee to pay but I was of the understanding that was for bedding change etc, not for towels & toilet roll. Don’t get me wrong I went to reception and they instantly provided clean towels, and we bought toilet roll, it was not a real issue for us but others may not be happy.

It was close to shops and we could always find parking spots. It is a quiet place.

The staff not so friendly, we have never got new towels or sheets however it was written that we get them more times per week. The beds are so uncomfortable, I felt in the morning I slept on the floor. For over 700 Euros for a week there are better places in Gran Canaria I can compare to other places as I have been there more than 17 times in the last years. Small bugs and tiny spiders all over.

Since it’s a bungalow there were a lot of insects especially small ants on the ground floor, also no cafeteria as it was closed, so they only have a vending machine to buy coffee and snacks. There’s a SPAR shop 2 mins walking from the place so it’s not bad

The kitchen was poorly stocked.... it was one of the worst stocked kitchens that I've seen in my 10 years of traveling..

This place met our expectations. The staff was kind, the place was clean. In front of facility is plenty room to park a car. We're happy.

Enough sunbeds, good exposure to the sun. The pool is heated enough to swim in it during the winter almost comfortably. There are some appliances in the kitchen, enough to cook some meals or a breakfast.Air conditioning is present and working.

Location could be better, it is around an hour walk to the dunes and there are no sidewalks in some places.Not much to do around without going a little further from the hotel.

Pool was big and heated and free bus to maspalomas beach and back every day.Many footboll fields around.Easy to park if you have rental car.

No foodplaces nearby.

Liked that there was a possibility to cook or own meals, had a microwave. Nice swimming pool and option for free parking outside the hotel.

No kettle for boiling water. It seems they are operating as if the covid regime is still on, so no cleaning and bed linen and towels had to be left outside to be changed on certain days but no idea what time. The bar and restaurant is closed but it didn't affect us. Decor is probably from 80's.

Maybe a double adapter by kitchen. Was only one plug socket by kitchen for kettle, coffee maker, microwave , toaster & coffee machine.

The hotel is located outside, around 20min walk of the busy pubs , restaurant of Maspalomas , so it’s a quiet place , nice for family! Our room was clean. Beds are comfy, Aircon fitted but we never use. Flat tv. Wi-fi works , the kitchen had everything what you need for basic cooking.( microwave, toaster , coffee machine, kettle pan and few pots ) . The pool is fantastic and very clean ! Plenty of Sunbeds. There is a thermometer in the pool and the water in the pool is at 26’ Celsius. There is a free bus to go to the beach and bring you back. We never use as we had a car. Free parking plenty of space to park . There is a spar shop just 1 min walk and has nearly everything that you need for breakfast lunch. Aldi is just 3 min drive from Hotel. As I said hotel is located outside busy streets very close to the freeway which is a plus for people who owns the car and travel a lot .

No oven in the kitchen , and the bar still not open. Beds are very comfy but pillows are not .

Lovely clean big pool. Friendly staff. Lots of sunbeds. Spotlessly clean. Very near 66 airport bus stop and Holiday World and buses to Puerto Mogan.

Nice and clean garden with a beautiful pool. The apartments are also clean, the staff is kind and helpful. Thank You! We will definitely be back.

We liked the location as a starting point for bike rides. There is a nice park for walking/running close to the place. The place was clean. There is a small shop (Spar) with everything you might need in walking distance and we also liked Pepe Chiringo for a quick snack during the day. Wi-fi was free and working decently fine.

It is close to some outdoor music arena. There was a concert 3 out of 7 nights we stayed and it was extremely loud, late to the night. Great if you like to party, terrible if you want to sleep at night.There are not many restaurants around so you will be walking a lot or using a taxi all the time. The equipment in the hotel is quite old and it would deserve a renovation.

Bathroom felt a bit dated

It was clean and quiet with a lovely pool. We liked that no one entered your accommodation to clean or change. If you wanted clean sheets and towels they were available for you to change yourself. Large fridge freezer was good. Free bus to the beach was very good.

Not enough cooking utensils, 1 electrical point in kitchen for 4 appliances which made it difficult . Safe needs to be larger as it wouldn’t accommodate anything the size of IPads .

Rooms were fantastic very peaceful around complex lovely and clean

Not having a bar or restaurant

Bungalows were nice, tidy and cosy. Bed was good, we liked the firmness of the mattress. We liked the quite location away from crowds. Everything within the room, bathroom and downstairs worked well. Resort had a pleadant calm atmosphere. We really enjoyed downstairs terrace and upstairs balcony, with a direct pool view. In the backcyard there was a clothes rack to dry clothes so we appreciated this. Baby friendly which we appreciated as we've brought our 8 month old son with us. Kitchen had everything it needed, although not a lot of stuff, yet enough to cook and prepare food. We've asked for some additional bits and these were happily delivered to us with a smile. Pool was a nice size, clean and looked good; and had a shallow end for kids. G5oid sunbeds and parasols. We've liked that there is a laundry room so we were able to wash our clothes twice. We were able to have a late check out until 3pm which we really appreciated as our flight wasn't until the evening so having a base felt really important and so helpful. Overall we would recommend this as a quite but good location, with good facilities, and plenty of parking spaces. Spar shop is just 2 minutes away which is helpful. Great stay

We've been told the pool was heated. Although it is baby friendly pool - the water temperature was only 25 so not completely suitable for young infants to use. However probably suitable for toddlers and older children and it might heat up more during the summer months. We still enjoyed it for short amounts of time. Also heads up, the pool water is salty - sea water; but again this didn't bother us too much.

The bungalows are nice but could do with updating inside better electrical sockets furnishings & decor but are adequate
