Clean, relaxing environment

Lack of signage of what the dishes were on the good buffet

Breakfast was very good and lots of choice. Staff and service was were excellent. Grounds very clean and well maintained. Everything on one level, except for gym. But who goes on holiday to use the gym?Sunbeds were always available, at all times of the day. There is no smoking or vaping by the pool, which was great.

Could have more public toilets in the restaurant area.There are very few bars / restaurants within a reasonable distance of hotel.We knew this in advance, so be aware .

In a nice garden, clean, functional swimming pool even in February, excellent setup with bungalows - in the apartment, the door of the bedroom can be closed, therefore isolated from the ‘living space’.

It is quite far from the beach - that could be a problem in high season, for us, it was ok.

Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice, fresh omlette's or pancakes available every morning.Plenty of fresh fruit, yogurts etc. Bread and pastries, cheeses and cold meats. I am gluten free and gluten free bread was available to me.

Everything, good breakfast, big swimming pool beautiful houses and garden, beautiful setting, free transfer to the charko in maspalomas.

Location is quiet, all around the bungalow’s are immaculate clean paths, they are made of light grey marble stone, each entrance has a well maintained garden.

We had all inclusive. Spacious bungalow and variety of drinks and food. They always have something you like. Gym got what you need. Always sunbeds available. You have your own space in front of your bungalow with chairs, sunbeds and a table as well. In the room you have towels, a soap, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, AC and small fridge. TV has Netflix. And the rooms are very clean. Can always get something to drink during the day at the poolbar. We will be coming back if it’s available

Didn’t matter to us but wifi is so slow it’s almost like no wifi. Loud between the rooms. No pool/beach towel, you can pay deposit of 10euro and get 9 back at the end of the stay. Have to pay 1 euro to change it and needs to be paid in cash.

The set up was great, the pool and restaurant facilities were spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly.

I love that Canary Garden is a little further out , yet only minutes from the lighthouse or playa d’ingles by taxi and they offer a free bus to Melonaros.The apartments are spotless and all the staff and incredible .The choice of meals throughout the day are varied and can’t be faulted.This was our 4th time staying at Canary Gardens and it did not disappoint.In fact it was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and we received a lovely bottleof Cava to celebrate .

Nice relaxed peaceful ambience. Staff friendly attentive and helpful.Whole complex is clean smart and modern looking .

Excellent variety for breakfast. Our third visit and didn't disappoint! Easy walk (25 mins) to beach although a bus is provided - we just prefer the walk.

The resort was lovely, well set up, nice layout

Wasn't what I expected, didn't know it as an all inclusive resort. The resort was lovely but isolated, fine if you have no plansto venture out but didn't suit me.

The food is excellent and extremely varied. Incredibly clean and calm all over. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The gym is good. The nightly entertainment was an enjoyable diverson. Wifi and TV and aircon all worked well. The pool is lovely. Excellent value for money.

The complex was spotless, and the man on reception was super friendly

The ridiculous rules around the pool.No smoking or even vaping was allowed. Vaping just vaporises in the air.There was a young Down syndrome man playing with a small tennis sized ball all on his own in the pool, The lifeguard really shouted at him to stop playing with the ball, which was over the top. So, for anyone who smokes or Vapes, you need to walk outside of the complex or go back to your terrace.They should have a designated smoking area at the back of the pool area. Plus, there was building work happening at the neighbouring properties, where mechanical tools were being used constantly. We complained to the lady manager who wasn't helpful at all and said she couldn't hear anything, yet other people around the pool had been notified by their tour operators about it, but were told it was minimal works with no mechanical tools being used. So, our guess is the reception hasn't been honest to the tour operators, and we certainly weren't informed about it. Otherwise, we would have changed our stay to somewhere else.The breakfast wasn't the greatest, as they didn't seem to cater for British tourists.

For us this wasn’t too much of a problem but you need to be aware that if you are looking for an lively resort this is not the place to come. You will need to travel to get to the beach/bars shops.

Nothing not to like

I can really recomend this accomodation. From the first moment to the end we were very satisfied. Location is perfect. The surrounding is without high buildings and big trafic. Bungalow was big enought and we really enjoyed every minute.

Staff. Clean and comfortable. We like everything. Just maybe more options for breakfast ?
