Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark

The food was good, room was clean, close to the beach, nice staff, beautiful view

If it is 4 stars hotel I would expect changing glasses in the room every day (when we asked in the reception they told us that we can take from the bar). Also, we got bottle of water only first day in the room, other days we didn’t get any. I know the water was available next to the pool, but our room was on 6th floor so each time going there for cup of water was exhausting, first of all (it was not allowed to take to the bottle) and second of all, this water from distributors was awful. Another things, They could replace the carpet in the hallway, which is awful. The curtains in the rooms were patched with staples. They don't make much money; these are small things that make a big difference.In the evening the sound system could be much quieter and still the entire bay would hear it.

It is nice hotel in good location. aquapark, nice garden, private like beach…we enjoyed nice holidays

some customers were smoking on the balconies and the smell was coming into our room. it was annoying :/

we had a fantastic time.the staff were very friendly and accommodating.the animation was fantastic. the new guy mateo pulled us up for the valentines couples challenge . An extra special thank you to the team who serve the pool bar from the 7th - 17th.and a very special mention to unai. we spoke with this man many times...at dinner and at any time during our stay. he is a very special member of your team. we can not wait to see him in palmanova soon!

Breakfast were not bad, good location, nice beach.

Hotel was very crowded. Not cosy at all. lunch and dinner were not impressive, food had no taste. Rooms were worn out, with broken furniture, rusty shower and taps. Very bad sound isolation - noise from outside. Snacks in a pool bar - very bad quality.

Food was very average they had frozen cheesecake inside the other day we didn't like it at all also location is bad it's very far from las Palma's taxi would cost you around 70e from the airport. Also on all inclusive I think we should be able have free drinks on aqua park bad impression for families

We liked everything because everything was perfect in all ways ! I never was thinking come back to the same hotel but definitely I changed my mind.

Its in very nice place . You have around everything what you can needed and everywhere very nice atmosphere, clean and looks very modern.

Very spacious rooms, beautiful view from the terrace. As celiac I had no issues with finding Gluten Free food. Every allergen was mentioned. I liked the variety of choices. For a solo traveler who needed to rest and still have options to enjoy a trip off season was great.

I wish they had bigger TVs or at least one I could’ve connected my phone to for music. Unable to regulate temperature, the AC was set for 23C. For a single solo traveler who wants to party this might not be the place off season.

Location is a separated area with several hotels, an aqua park (not very cosy) and an amusement area. The hotel is nice, however it is a closed area and does not offer too many opportunities for entertainment if you do not have a rental care or do not take the bus to visit some other beaches and towns as well.Rooms are clean, every day they make up the rooms.

Food was not very varied, and rather poorly served. Usually the same food throughout the week, with little fantasy. Tables are not set, restaurant is more like a canteen. With a little more attention (i.e. if they put tablecloth on the tables, set the cutlery etc.) it could be much more convenient.Staff is not very kind (polite though). E.g. when we checked out, they did not even ask how we felt, or did not wish a nice trip back home.

The food was good, friendly staff, cleaning every day. Beach is near.

Swimming pool with no heating, water really cold in swimming pool and in every pool at Aquapark area.

Hotel could be renovated in next few years, especially because is near the ocean, so some things could be better. Also, bathroom was a bit ready for update, especially tub

Liked water park etc beach but was unhappy you had to pay for everything drinks food disgusting really

Fact everything was money oriented no kettle or refills of fridge one bottle water whole stay had to buy everything couldn’t eat in any other hotel even just for kids to have kick round 20 euro for hour just totally dosgisting I asked for complaint form as we paid so much money for hotel near on 4 grand for 4 rooms for week then still ended up paying meat on 2000 extra as not even soft play for kids disgusting. I will never be back and like some sort of reimbursement

Location - close to the beach. Large rooms.

Location good but too quiet for my liking. Food was basic and same all the time.Pepi at eating area was extremely pleasanr, smiley, helpful.Blonde cleaning lady on 6th floor room from 610 was very lovely. Room was cleaned to the high standard.

Great location, nice hotel, spacious room with large terrace and spectacular ocean view, very close to the beach, cleanliness in whole hotel and helpful staff.I can recomend hotel and location to families, there is pool, aquapark and funpark with a lot of activities.It is quite easy to get by bus to the amazing and popular Amadores beach as well as to Puerto Rico. We rent a car and visit other beautiful places at the island, It is easy to reach them from hotel location (Puerto de Mogan, Maspalomas, Roque Nublo, Santa Lucia.

Food was tasty, but monotonous with smaller selection.
