Food was great, staff friendly Location was ideal.

Pool could have been slightly bigger but with the free entrance to the water park it was not much of an issue.

Large, clean rooms. Tasty food. The kids loved the pools and the evening entertainment. I recommend it to families with kids.

It was a beautiful hotel and location was ideal as we used the buses to cheaply and quickly access Puerto Rico and other nearby resorts. The food selection was good however the recipes were bland and lacked flavour. If the food was improved I would rate this hotel and facilities 10 out of 10

I loved everything about this hotel the only thing I didn’t like that there’s nothing t a lot of choice for the children food wise we ate out most night but I must say the food on new years eave was out of this world!! If only it could of been like this throughout I’d definitely give 10/10 but unfortunately food I give 5/10

1) Food was very tasty. Roscón for 3 Reyes - was unbelievable. It was my best Roscón ever.Pasta sometimes wasn’t good, but every time you can find something very delicious for yourself 2) parking. If you want to rent a car there is a public free parking nearby. So you don’t need to pay a lot for hotel parking

1) Drinks. Disgusting Drinking water horrible . Vine was the only thing I could drink after few days. 2) If you read other comments regarding ants - it is true. There are ants in the rooms. In our room I also killed a roach 3) Some cleaning ladies ignore the sign “please do not disturb”. And they will still wake you up by trying to get in your room 4) Aquapark is 5 minutes walking with separate entrance. Water in the pool in aqua park is freezing. Nearly impossible to use it in winter. And it is old and your back and ass can get scratches after one ride 5) Spa is for 15 euros for 2 hours. Children below 15 are not allowed. So in winter time when aqua park is freezing and hotel pool is good only in the afternoon ( when hit by sun ) your teens have nothing to do

The reception staff are lovely and always happy to help. Cleaners are pleasant and cleaned our room daily. Pool area is clean.

The photos used are taken from other hotels with the area, this hotel doesn’t allow All Inclusive in the water park. Rooms are extremely basic, beds are uncomfortable and we had to ask for extra pillows. Tv is small and limited English channels. WiFi is shocking and doesn’t work. Food is not good and limited choice and it’s on a rotation (so you know what to expect). No free parking outside the hotel it’s €6 per day … free parking is a distance from the hotel on gravel and you can’t see it from the hotel. Taurito area they isn’t much going on and it is literally hotels around a water park in the middle and a small beach with a few shops. We paid to access the spa and have a massage and this is dated, could do with a refresh, the massage wasn’t the best and was more of a tickle (men completed the massage which didn’t bother me but could do for a woman) Wouldn’t call this hotel all inclusive.

All the personnele in the hotel were very nice: from reception, cleaning to restaurant personelle. Smilying, helpful and quick. We didn’t have to wait long to get extra blankets and so on. The sea was close, nice elevator to get down and up. Very nice garden around. Good posibilities for sports just at the side of the hotel, but for an additional price. The food in the hotel was actually ok. After reading previous comments I was afraid that we are not going to be able to eat here… but it was actually ok. Don’t expect Iberostar level food here and You will be ok. The only unpleasant event was that we saw some buggs, not going to mention what, but who can avoid it where it is food?‍♀️… Beds were very big ( compared to standart) and OK comfortable.

Isolation in the hotel was not good. There was a lot of noise from the entertainment in the valley that was mostly related to English children. Popular children jumping music, nothing tasteful- don’t go there ant sleep with the ear plugs unless you are looking for that kind of s..I would Call the hotel in Spanish standards max 3 stars hotel… somewhere in deep Russia would it be a 4 star hotel but not here in Spain. Very used hotel…we were looking for a cheap hotel close to the sea and sun in december. We Got it. The only thing I didnt get was peace becaise of that Music down the valey..( stops about 24 o clock).

Great location if you don’t plan to leave the resort, water park & pool great for hotel days and you also have the beach.

Lack of entertainment and no food or drinks after 11pm. We are not day time drinkers so later drinks would of suited better and snacks.

The location

The facility is not modern or up to date, and all inclusive, food is very limited, not much variety or selection, especially for vegetarians.

Horrible and run down!

Food was horrible! No taste what so ever! Felt like we stayed in a 2* hotel with a 4* price! I feel like i have thrown my money in the bin. The hotel was not inviting at all. Lights were turned off at 11 in all areas of the hotel. No entertainment provided for adults and kids. Bedrooms were extremely run down. The “all inclusive” does not include anything at all. Alcohol was cheep. The food was frozen, repetitive and bland, i would not even feed this to my dog. I will definitely not recommend anyone staying here. And i certainly will not be returning.

The resort itself had the aquapark which my daughter enjoyed.

Poor value for money in general. It seemed that we had stayed in a 2 star hotel instead of a 4 star hotel. Although staff were nice and helpful, you could tell that they would agree with complaints that were received. Hotel needs a refurbishment as it was very worn down. Lights would switch off at reception after 11pm. Food was bland and not much choice to choose from. When i complained about the food as we were not happy with the minimal options that were given, they gave us on the last day a voucher to dine at the 3 STAR hotel that was in the resort when i had payed for a 4 star hotel. Every time i would use the shower, it would make a huge puddle in the bathroom. No entertainment seen by the pool area or hotel area throughout my stay. Will definitely not stay in this hotel again and will not recommend it to any family members or friends. Very disappointed.

The hotel is small ,well kept and good location .Quiet and relaxing.

Generally a nice hotel, I would stay again but wouldn't recomend if you have cat allergies.

Cats. There are stray cats that are feed by the hotel. We had to change room because of them, 7 at one point outside our room.

I thought the breakfast was good, chef made fresh omelette every day. Staff in the main were very friendly. Kids entertainment was good. Pool was lovely. Pool bar was good aswell

Rooms very tired, stains in bathrooms, cracks on walls. It's more a 3 atar than 4. Bar and evening area lacking. Resort in general needs money into it. Food at lunch and dinner really not great. Drink options very limited. One staff member went absolutely mad at me for trying to bring coffee and donut to the room. They dont let you, not sure why who doesn't want a coffee in there room when they wake up.

Food was always cold. Not much choice of food at lunch or dinner time. Staff very rude. Myself and my family got stuck in a lift for ten minutes no apology from the staff.

The animation team is great. One can easily stay a week.

Aquapark needs renovation. After three days, you know all the food, could be a bit more variation. The prices over Xmas have been far too high.
