Really nice staff and location.Breakfest is great

When i pay 130 cad for a room i dont want to see hairs in the bathroom when i arrive, i expect a blanket as well

Beautiful downstairs reception and restaurant.

Rooms were very small compared to what is shown on booking.com. Not all rooms include a balcony. Bathroom had no ventilation and shower had no water pressure.No kettle or teacups.

Nice large, clean and comfortable room. Also very quiet for being in the town centre.Staff are lovely.Excellent location.

Convenient location in beautiful old San Sebastian. Our room overlooked the park.

Everything was fine. It was an average hotel, with comfortable bed and nice bathroom, with an OK breakfast. Our room had a nice park view.

The breakfast dishes were not refilled every time.

Friendly staff, clean, big bed

I slept there a cold night. There was no duvet in the bed, only a chilly, thin cotton blanket and a useless enormous synthetic blanket in the cupboard. I asked for a duvet in the reception. The lady said they have noe duvets, but she was friendly and found a more adequate but still synthetic blanket. This is not good enough. When you deal with European tourists, you need to have duvets in the bed!

We were put into a disabled access room on the ground floor which was weird, but the room was clean, airy and everything we needed. The hotel was a little expensive for La Gomera but a good location.Great roof top terrace if you want to read a book and sun yourself.

Not having a view apart from interior walls but we were only staying one night so it was fine.

No hot tub as advertised. No bar as advertised. No facility within the hotel to purchase a hot drink. No prices on the dinner menu.

Very central location, close to everything and the port. Quiet and spacious room with a huge bathroom. A nice stay!

Nice location in the centre. Friendly staff. Near to shops restaurants, 10 mins walk to ferry. Can't comment on breakfast as we had to catch early ferry.Comfortable room and bed. Clean and utilitarian. We asked for a kettle and got one.

No parking so we had to find a place nearby. Not a huge problem, but could be if one stayed longer than 1 night as parking is restricted.

Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good as was the location.

Central position, clean and spacious room, bed comfortable. Booked a more expensive room overlooking park which was quiet. Rooms at front may be not so quiet?

Used by large tour groups so impersonal. Breakfast experience was not great, arrived to find tables uncleared after tour groups, insufficient staff to clear tables and replenish the buffet. Coffee from machine was poor, cold meats low quality, rolls good.
