Exceptionally clean! Even the stairwell, lift, and hallways. And the staff was very friendly. Excellent breakfast.

If you want decor, this isn’t your place. the room and beds were comfortable but devoid of any (any) decor. It was a white box. That’s it. And our room opened to a dark shaft.

Lovely place, exactly what I needed after a long three days of waking. The landlady even made me a packed breakfast as I was getting the early ferry out the next morning.

Great location - quiet but central. The service was excellent, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was hot. There was also a balcony, which I didn't expect.

Dark room, no window.

Nice hotel in the city centre, the room was smaller but had everything you needed (including a fridge and hairdryer). For stays of fewer nights I think it is more than enough. We were very surprised by the breakfast, buffet style with a relatively large selection (we missed the vegetable a bit), all very tasty.

Its nicely located in the city center, lady at the reception was super cute and friendly, they let us in two hours before the checkin time, it was very clean hotel.

It was quite noisy from the other rooms, smell of sewers in the room, window from the room facing other windows. It was okay for one night, but wouldnt like to spend there more time.

Excellent location just a few minutes into the centre of town yet quietly tucked away. A clean and modern building. We asked for a room with a balcony which we were given at the front of the hotel. Our room was lovely and cosy and light looking out onto the town and we could see the sea to the right hand side and the mountains to the left. I would advise asking for a balcony because some of the rooms at the back just had a window looking out onto a wall and would be a bit dark. Staff were very pleasant and efficient. The breakfasts were more than adequate with enough choice. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel restaurant was also a cafe frequented by the locals.

The restaurant / cafe could get a bit busy at breakfast time. Sometimes we had to wait for a seat. It is not a very big space and at times felt very congested.

Very small room/bathroom. Noisy at night from roadside. Too expensive in comparison to other very good staying options in Hermigua and Gran Valley. In general do not stay in San Sebastian if you do not have to.

Shower was broken so had to be hand held for showering. Also cracked glass in window.

Staff were friendly lovely balcony with view of mtn big bathroom comfy bed and a really amazing breakfast. Location is great to experience the old town see the old buildings.

The shower is held by hand so that's tricky instead of being able to just stand under it. There was no plug in the basin which wastes a lot of water.

Our room had no natural light as there was only a small window to an internal patio; but it was quiet.

Good location in old part of town. Easy walk to places of interest and ferry port. Breakfast was a decent buffet.

The hotel is well located in San Sebastián, calm, clean and the staff was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We were hiking and they kept our luggage for free for 5days. Breakfast is basic but with a little bit of everything. Despite the industrial style, the hotel has everything you need.

This place is a fraud. Period ! We booked a room with a picture clearly showing 2 bedrooms looking out on very bright exteriors. We were given a room without any window looking outside, only onto a blind air venting. TO make matters worse the kitchen extractor was running right by our window. The room was really hot. The aircon too noisy to be able to sleep. The management refused to give us the room we had booked. On top of thing, the acoustics are terrible
