Hotel Aeropuerto Sur

Location is good for shops and the bus station. Breakfast was fine with a good selection.

Hotel needs big tidy up, feels run down in terms of room facilities.

Breakfast was excellent. Room was very basic, dated and mattress needs replacing. We only needed room because we missed out flight and it served it's purpose but I wouldn't willingly stay again.

Old and dated

Breakfast was OK, rooms were tiny and very basic. Check in was very quick and efficient, staff on reception was very helpful.

We were travelling as a group, 2 of our group were charged 195.00 for their room, by booking.com, twice as much as the rest of us for the most basic of accommodation. A total RIP off.

Pretty close to the airport

There is no airport shuttle service, despite what is said at the hotel page. The facilities are very basic.

Everything good for this price

I really didn’t like the bathroom, it was small and there were no disposable slippers

The quality of the hotel does not match the price, everything is old and dilapidated. The bathroom is tragic, the breakfast is continental. Parking is especially difficult.

The exit

Nothing. Pool wasn't available, room beyond basic. Dirty, shower head barely worked. Hotel smelled funny. Terrible.

Getting away - efficient taxi service to airport

Room and corridors frightening dark and battered - looked as if the lock on the door had been forced with a chiselNo wifi in roomAlthough breakfast room was open (for others) I wasn't allowed to have breakfast before my check in

It was a nice hotel when you walk in

The room was very cold bed was not comfortable and you only had one sheet to sleep on and one sheet over you and no extra blanket

Parking

Room wasn’t well maintained cracks on the wall handles are loose on the doors no chairs in the room no kettle no chairs on the balcony either rust in the bathroom corridors are very smelly overpriced for what we got. Breakfast very poor as well, not much to choose from.

Helpful and allowed early access to room

No chairs on balcony, no WiFi in rooms, beds were springs, location scary

I like the facr that the hotel gave me my clothes I accidently left behind The chocolate doughnuts at breakfast.The director was helpful and tried his best

The walls were grubby there was bits falling off the outside a view of rubble The beds squeaked the place smelt funny like a cleaning solution there was a pungent smell of weed when you opened the balcony.The first room given had a dirty shower that needed replacing and only one chair on the balcony.The TV would not turn on despite being given 4 remotes There was no mountain view as advertised It was a twin not double the first night.The restaurant was too small for the no of guests and they kept running out of stuff like plates and knives.One food gone like fruit not replaced.The corridors dark and gloomy like a horror movie the shining.It reminded me of Faukty towers was not worth the peive of 207 euros for 2 nights.You could hear everything through walls people bonking.Need a holiday after our stay

It's location, close to airport 5km and no noise, 70m to bus station with very regulare service both north and south, clean room daily service, very pleasant staff.

Breakfast is lacking vegetables..

I asked for a late checkout and was ready to pay , but they said there are no rooms available, although when I checked it was available on booking.com

The location is about the only thing that compliments this hotel

The bedding is in need of replacing!The noise in and outside of the building is ridiculous. Shouting in the hallway, and a fight kicking off across the street.The whole area is an industrial zone.

The staff were friendly.

The room wasn’t extremely basic. Only a sheet on the bed and a very flat pillow. The shower floor was old and damaged and dirty looking. The loo and sink and floor clean. Safe didn’t work. Door to room was a struggle to lock. The bed uncomfortable. It was very noisy, echos in hallway people talking. Doors noisy when closing, almost slamming. The area outside not very nice. We booked as near airport for return flight home. Would def not stay again.

Breakfast was laid out very well and was delicious. We arrived late at night, and the guy on reception was very welcoming. He sorted out so extra pillows for us too.

Staff were pleasant

Remember you get what you pay for. This was a cheap hotel which was exceptionally basic! Due to flight cancellations, we were left with few options, and this served a purpose. However, I would not choose to stay here again. There wasn't even any patio furniture on the terrace!! The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable, and there wasn't even a chair in the room!

Continental breakfast was good value with fruit, cereal, boiled eggs,cold meats,cheese,toast,tea,coffee.

Ancient room decor ,no chair,no tea/coffee, hard beds.Cracked tiles.

Not far from airport

There was a sex worker using the hotel with clients- there was drug dealing just outside the hotel
