Campanile NATURE - Clermont-Ferrand Nord Riom

Big surprise Campanile has been totally rebuilt with fantastic new rooms.No reception or restaurant, however this was provided next door at the Kyriad hotel. However the restaurant is closed on a Sunday, but 2 retaurants just opposite.Excellent breakfast with some cooked food.All this at a fantastic price.

The value for money was fantastic! Loved the huge comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent too.

More security in car park. No barriers were visible despite everyone travelling through france.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Not well maintained. Toilet seat was clearly old and worn with cracks in it. Should be replaced. Lots of renovation going on in nearby rooms so woken by the noise of the workmen.

It was really clean and nice, very quiet and also very friendly staff. We were supposed to stay at other hotel but they transferred us here, and I am very happy about it !

Easy stop just off the motorway on the way to Spain. Simple but comfy hotel at a reasonable price and close to a good pizza restaurant and another hotel restaurant and bar. We had access to breakfast in the next door restaurant which was very tasty

The nothing

The location and it's 1 min walking from L'Angelo restaurant. Good value for the money paid. Comfortable room. Clean. Parking was safe.

The breakfast was massively overpriced. 14.70€ per person. Only boiled eggs are the warm option.

The beds and the pillow were very good.

The room was ok. But all the rooms overlooking the street and if your neighbours smoke outside- and they do- the smoke will penetrate in your room even with the closed window.The lady at the reception wasn't very welcoming.

The breakfast was amazing and very french. The bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right across a restaurant serving local food, great for those who travel for work. Free parking inculded.

The carpet had suspicious stain. The shower was visibly dirty and some parts were super slippery from algae and soap residues. The walls are so thin you can hear the next room snore, watch videos and talk. The outside wall has poor isolation leading to a cold room even with the temp set to 25°C. You can hear car door closing and people in the parking lot sneezing.

Room clean and comfortable. Staff very pleasant.

No restaurant. What has happened to the excellent Campaniles restaurants. This is not the only one.

Reception lady was friendly.

Beds. Cleanliness, dirty bathroom, got an infection from bed bugs.

Car parking and breakfast ok

No evening meal available, in spite of advertising that they were. Small cramped room. Key card failed to work so ended up in a different room.

Convenient location. Adequate parking. Helpful staff.

Poor choice of food when a restaurant is included in the publicity. Adequate for an overnight stay but I would look elsewhere for my next trip

The bathroom was good for my disabled husband. The room was good for sn overnight stop.

Sadly there was no restaurant available on site for dinner but they would be serving breakfast. However there were other restaurants very close by. No reason given for closure as the website mentions restaurant.

No evening food available. No hand towels. I chair in room. Grubby shower curtain

Standard Campanile features are fine for one night stay

Restaurant has declined since pre-Covid and now offers minimal menu for supper.Disappointing.....
