Good breakfast, comfortable room, easy parking and staff very helpful and welcoming

Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows both soft and firm to choose from, separate toilet and bathroom. Very clean. Arrived late at 10pm, and reception was closed however my key was clearly labelled with my last name and left easily in view for me, as I left before 6am I did not encounter any staff.

Location is good

The room was not smelling fresh, was warm with no airco.

All the staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was a reasonable size and comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast items and the buffet table was continuously kept topped up with fresh items. The restaurant meals were were reasonably priced and excellent.

This hotel seems to be geared up for stays of one or two nights and, consequently, there was very limited storage for clothes in the room and just one plastic chair to sit on. Tea and coffee items were not topped up at all during our 4 day stay. There was no lounge (comfortable or otherwise) for guests to relax in.

The owners were very nice and welcoming.The room was of a good size, and bed comfortable and had plenty of choice of pillows of different size and types.

Despite booking.com information telling us restaurant was open - which is why we booked it being a logis as their meals are always good - the confirmation stated that it was closed on Sunday evenings. When we arrived reception was closed and our room key was left out for us Not good on a trading estate with no restaurants!!

Excellent location for our journey. Easy to find. Safe parking. Sadly the restaurant was closed for our evening meal but there was a McDonalds nearby, or we could have chosen another restaurant from the list provided. Welcoming to our large dog too!

It was quiet and initial welcome.

They closed the restaurant on a Saturday which was not in the blurb. There were no nearby restaurants or pleasant walks in the middle of an industrial site. With the address Clermont ferrand, we thought that that was where we were staying but quite a distance from there.

The hotel is on the outskirts of Riom on the route toVolvic.The hotel and facilities are fine ,the host is welcoming and the outstanding feature of the place i the food. Both the evening meal and the breakfast merited the Gourmand classification of the logis.

The hotel and grounds were surrounded by a newly developed light industrial estate and large supermarket., which doesn't affect thestay once you are in the hotel

The very warm welcome, the cold buffet supper prepared especially for us as the restaurant was closed, perfect.

it oversells its location. it’s on an industrial park

you need to be careful when booking and looking at the pictures. it is on an industrial park about 3 miles from Riom. I saw no picturesque views from my bedroom.

Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was very good.

There seemed to be some problem with servicing the rooms at the weekend, but as we where only there to sleep this was not a major problem. However clean towels would have been appreciated.

A bit away from the motorway.

Fair, well located quiet, good food, pleasant and uncomplicated hosts!

Location is poor due to the Rue des Gardelles being two roads.

The booking stated a restaurant on site. The booking did not state that the restaurant was not working and one had the stress of finding an off site restaurant. Two of the recommended restaurants were full involving an even longer drive in the dark. The hotel should show no restaurant.

Convenient stopover close to A71 and a nice change from the chain hotels.Warm welcome and varied breakfast buffet. Very clean.

Some aspects were a bit dated, such as blankets on the beds.
