well situated, easy access and big parking lot without chargeaccess to the breakfast room even in the evening and microwave to heat something to eat was a big plus

The property was very near the motorway and easily accessible.The room was overlooking the car park yet we were not bothered by noise from outside

There wasn’t any tea or coffees facilities in the room. There were no hand towels

The staff had no patience. I suppose the language barrier didn't help .and there was no food in the night served.

Proximity to Autoroute but quiet. Proximity to good restaurant nearby. Good value for money.

The space for the buffet breakfast was small.

Overall good and better than expected. Easy with dogs and easy to get in town. Also convenient as there are several walking distance options for dinner.

Decor basic, designed by idealistic inexperienced youngsters - need some soft furnishings to absorb sound, shower needs grab rails for doddery oldies

Breakfast was good.

We were unable to find a restaurant in the evening, all booked with sports teams. Perhaps we could have been given advice beforehand. But then of course we would not have booked with you!

My partner and I liked everthing. We arrived exhausted after 8 hours on the road. Easy to find , quiet locality, close to the A71. Ideally situated whether driving north or south.

English knowledge could be slightly better.

The personel was friendly. The breakfast was ok.

WiFi was very unstable and super slow. When opening the bathroom door the light turns on blindingly bright automatically without any chance to switch it off. The bed was hard as a wooden plank and caused quite a bad backpain

Situation, convenient to get away north on the motorway.

1. Horrible bed. Small room. Slept badly. Felt exhausted for our long drive the next morning.2. Small paper cups...nothing else supplied. 2 tiny shower towels and a bath mat for two guests.3. Noisy aircon in the room. 4. Lack of communication/help given on arrival.Having previously stayed in other Ibis and Ibis budget hotels I thought that we had been allocated a budget room instead of a normal Ibis room by mistake. I checked at reception before leaving. We were extremely disappointed by the hotel.Won't be returning! Definitely overpriced?.

Breakfast was v good for choice but hot food was left out on unheated plates, so was NOT HOT!Had stayed 2 weeks before at the next door budget hotel and thought an upgrade would be good. It was very little difference in rooms and equipment therein. Certainly not worth the upgrade Only benefit was the better choice at breakfast and bar was in the building.

when we ate there 2 weeks ago the snack choice was adequate but on arrival this time a lot of choices were unavailable due to grill broken and several items not in stock.Room wasn't worth the upgrade from Budget hotel and drain in sink blocked.

it is spotlessly clean, very friendly staff and a nice breakfast.

The only thing I would change would be the pillows, too soft for us both, but that’s just our personal preference.

Friendly man welcomed us after a long journey when we arrived late.Modern clean bedroom, great quality bathroom with shower, and really enjoyable bfast with great selection.Totally recommend
