Kyriad Clermont Ferrand Nord - Riom

We were very pleased with our adjoining family rooms . Very comfortable modern and clean . The only downside was that the restaurant was not open on the Sunday evening . We had young children who needed an early dinner and local restaurants did not open till 6.30 pm .

Proximity to Autoroute. Quiet. Good bed. Good breakfast. Good value. Will stay again.

The hotel is basic but suited the needs of the trip. If you want dinner, Angelos pizzeria opposite is amazing. Food quality great! The bed in the hotel was super comfy and memory phone pillows made for a good nights sleep.

Booked a triple room to give me more room but only got a standard double. The shower in the room was awful. Never understand why they do not put a shower holder at head height so in order to shower you need to hold the shower head above your head. No shower curtain meant that when you do water goes everywhere!

Modern room, nicely decorated, clean, spacious, comfortable King size bed, luxury bed linens, coffee, tea and snack corner. Clean and spacious toilette. Luxury bathroom. Good quality buffet breakfast and clean space. Location is perfect on the way to the Ski station. Free wifi. Thé receptionist is professional, simple and elegant.

Friendly staff and nice ambience.

Hotel restaurant was closed on the weekend but plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.

Our third stay in this hotel. Great location just off the motorway. Good restaurant on site. Very good value.

Convenient locationComfortable roomsReasonable pricePlaces to eat nearby

Restaurant was closed and they had not informed us

Very comfortable room and friendly staff.

Paper cups in the room for hot drinks! Asked for china mugs and they were supplied some without any fuss.

Room was a standard room and was very clean, comfortable for the one night we stayed. Wifi was good, Dinner was ok, breakfast was excellent and generally the staff were helpful, friendly and pleasant. We were very happy to be allowed to check into our room an hour early. We would stay here again.

Room information could have been better and available in several languages.

Good location, good facilities and comfortable room. ,

Breakfast quality.

The staff is superb, great English, very friendly and ready to help! The room is spacious, warm & very comfortable. The safe parking was a true plus for us and the breakfast was satisfactory. There is a restaurant just in front of the hotel, great pizzas & salads.

The bathroom a bit small.

Good bar service. Good restaurant, food average.

Shower in bath awkward, slippery and no shower support, tricky with no handle.

The beds were very comfy and my room was quiet. Check-in staff was lovely.

The hotel manager was extremely rude and impolite. How can someone like that work in a customer-service related job? I will write to Kyriad with more specifics about his behavior, because it is totally unacceptable to treat customers that way.

Lively and very sociable. Good places to sit and chat and nice bar. Good service at restaurant. Everybody very friendly. This is the best Kyriad we have ever stayed in !!!! Highly recommended.

Restaurant was closed on a Saturday night

Proximity to autoroute. Quiet. Comfortable. Ample free parking. Restaurant and bar in the hotel (not used). Very good value.

For the price nothing.

Convenient to the motorway, clean with excellent restaurant and good breakfast

Location, restaurant and decent sized room

No bath

After a long day driving from UK. it's a great overnight pitstop before continuing to Spain. It's clean, air conditioned and comfortable. The restaurant is good with a pizza restaurant outside. Standard pricing but value for money. We've stayed here four times now and will do so again next year.

All good ?
