Ibis Budget Roanne Hotel

Excellent buffet breakfast good value. Safe secure place to secure my bicycle .

Far from town centre for other services especially for those who are not travelling by car

Cheap, quiet (as long as the window stayed shut), clean & well located for breaking up a long drive across France. Had a comfortable night’s sleep

I’ve stayed in many Ibis Budget hotels & this didn’t compare well. Pillows need replacing, breakfast was poor (unlike most Ibis). Security locks needed on ground floor windows so they can be partially opened while preventing someone climbing in. No information in the room for accessing WiFi. TV remote didn’t work (although replaced when we asked). No bin in the room

It was cheap and a convenient location, the staff were super lovely.

It's on a highway so it's pretty loud on the back side of the building. Rooms look and feel like a hospital room, but it met my expectations for the price we paid, which was what matters ?

Fabulous hotel for a very low price.Lovely staff!Huge family room with one double bed, one twin, and a bunk bed. Spotless clean and clearly well kept. Right next to the highway but we didn't hear any noise at all inside the room, it was completely silent. Great location with a restaurant and supermarket 2 min away and Roanne 5 min away. Breakfast was basic but good, specially for the price.I would stay here again in a blink!

The shower door handle is just a hole in the door and water leaks outside if you're not careful, but that's it, it's really not that big of a problem.Also the pillows were way too soft, but that might be a personal preference.

Bad

I stayed for 4 nights and not even one day did they come to change the sheets ,or the towels in the bathroom. They didn't even enter the room. Is my second trip to this hotel. First time was ok and now ......nothing, it was my last booking there.

Room was adequate for a short stay. Breakfast quite basic but served a purpose. Location for the motorway was perfect and ample free parking on site.

It was a budget hotel, so pretty much as expected and no complaints

Ibis consistently provide a good standard of basic but clean rooms that are value for money.

An extra pillow would have been nice

The hotel was immaculate with ample parking. Staff were brilliant. The adjacent Courte Paille restaurant had closed leaving us with little options for a meal without driving.

It was clean and functional. Air conditioning was welcoming on a hot day.

The location. The hotel stands by itself on what seems like a closed down industrial estate. No-where to eat within walking distance

Quite quiet at night but early in the morning workers started to work in the car park was very noisy.

The noise of the main road outside. We were used to get a room on the other side of the hotel, much quieter, so we were disappointed.

Staff were not heloful. Breakfast was poor

The room furniture was ok as it wasn't too old. The staff was really kind. Also, the hotel it has a green area that I could use it to take my dog for a walk (as the area was not ideal for it).

The bed was not comfortable. The shower was really bad designed as all the water came out when using it. Also there was some cleaning details that made me thing the clean was not conscious. Also the area is not ideal for visit the city, this would be an hotel to just stay a night when travelling

Good location nearby highway. Although the staff speaks French only, they were very helpful and welcoming.
