Location to train station. Staff always suggesting portions, engaged with our plans. Excellent value.

Near the train station and the Troisgros' informal restaurant. Great value on Saturday night.

Heating was a bit too low and controlled centrally.

Friendly and helpful staff. On-site car parking. Breakfast.

The corridor with rooms 30 to 37 reeked of cigarette smoke as did our room. Even after opening the windows for several hours the room smelt. The bed linen was good but smelt of cigarettes.

Odd layout of facilities meant walking through the bedroom from the toilet to reach a washbasin...would be better if there were a hand sink in the toilet.

Great location just opposite the station. Easy walk to all main sights. Wonderful old staircase to rooms which had been modernised Spacious room. Clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Electrical sockets by bed did not work and cords would not have reached around the large bed wing extensions anyway. Design fault.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, reasonable sized room, bikes welcome indoors (in the large dining room), good breakfast.

The bathroom is well-appointed. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Impossible to stay logged into the wi-fi as it would drop every 30 seconds. Difficult if you need a reliable connection. The breakfast was expensive for what you were given. Twelve Euros is pricey, there is a bakery and restaurant a half block away.

Nice hotel with friendly staff,secure parking (a word of warning the car park is before the hotel a small entrance by the tabac shop the hotel is on a busy junction we did 2 laps before we managed to get in it )Nice room with aircon a large bathroom and a decent selection for breakfast

The staff could not have been more pleasant, friendly and helpful. This stood our in the reviews before we went and made us feel incredibly welcome welcome. Refurbished rooms were well appointed with fantastic shower.

Comfortable twin bedded room - as requested. clean and well furnished. Very helpful man on front desk managed to book us a restaurant table on a French national holiday.

The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great and very central. I will definitely return as I had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend the hotel. Absolutely love that I could take my pets with me.
