There was 2 beds I had to make one myself

Had to make the one bed. Cleaners knocked on the door at 8am and again at 9am trying to rush is out the room

I liked the bed and the Breaklfast althouogh they didnt provide a Gluten Free Bread option. I did have my own bread and was able to have the fruit yoghurts etc.The staff are very friendly and helpful and always willing to help you.The hotel is very quiet and you can get a good nights sleep

The location was remote from restaurants so planning ahead is required.The entrance is very difficult to find in the dark. We carried our bags to what we thought was the entrance to the hotel but ended up in some kind of housing association convereted from the hotel that was previosuly there which I think was a Novotel. You have to enter the Novotel entrance and there is a sign to the IBIS car park but this cannot be seen at night. The sign needs to be lit.The hotel is very tired and needs decorating.There was a bit of a smell in the air but it was not the hotel possibly the river as it was also smelly inside a service station opposite the hotel.

Hotel very worn. Room was even more worn. Filthy. Sink was blocked so hadn’t been cleaned and hair and dirty water left in sink. Ables chipped. They offered another room but was equally as bad. As a result walked out in disgust. ?

Perfect stop over, breakfast ok. Very gut price-quality ratio. Quiet, dogfriendly. Good fence around the property and the parking.

Bedquality was what you can expect of a budget hotel ;)

The bakery opposite is a brilliant alternative to the optional breakfast in the hotel! Beds clean and comfy.Rooms clean and spacious.Right next to the peage! .

Coffee machine took my money. Receptionist tried to get it out but machine not.functioning properly. Expected to be given a refund and.the hotel to retrieve it from the machine compamy

Good: Breakfast, quiet room, convenient car park. Pleasant receptionist on check out - she was apologetic and sympathetic regarding the problem we had about the toilet air extractor system not working.Bad: 1. Male receptionist (we checked in at 6pm on 24 Feb 2025) never bothered to apologise for keeping us waiting for 4 mins while he ended his phone call.2. Extractor fan in windowless toilet not working throughout our stay. Complained to receptionist (same male as above, who checked us in) 1hr after check in, but his response was that it would come on intermittently, as intended, he insisted. I think he was getting the air conditioning system mixed up with the toilet extractor system. Extractor never came on even once. Seems the entire floor or whole building had this failure. Receptionist was unable to resolve the problem. As a result we hated our stay at this property.3. Nice simple and adequate breakfast, but no available seating at 9am.4. Dated feel about this property - needs refurbishment.

Location was close to the toll road. The staff were friendly Rooms very clean and good value for money

Location is good near my route south. I have stayed twice and there is a restaurant nearby

The wi fi instructions were not in the room and I had to go down to reception to ask. It was too hot for me but I didn’t realise I could change the temperature.

Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was much better than I expected and the staff were very friendly, especially the lady looking after the breakfasts.

Everything was fine for the one night we stayed.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, sufficient heat in the room, comfortable mattresses. We didn't have time to have breakfast, but from what we saw it seemed pretty good and had pretty much everything we needed.

The room is very small and feels like you are in a cardboard box. It would probably be enough for one person, but for two and a child it is much too small. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. It is very loud even when someone is walking in the corridor. The space where the toilet is is very small, you can't even sit on the toilet

The convenience of the location and 24/7 check in. And the very kind staff. We arrived after 1:00 at night, that was no problem at all! Thank you!

The room was quite outdated and the bottom of the top bunk bed had weird stains on it. The sheets were very clean so it was not a problem for us. But the room could use a deep clean and some repairs on the floor.

Room was tiny smallest ibis room we have ever stayed in. Lights not working inside the door area and car parking for disabled not good.

Helpful staff, good location. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful area.

Couldn't pay cash which caused an issue for me. I do not support cashless businesses so shan't be using again. The excuse was "security". What nonsensical reason is that? Ask for ID like every other hotel.

Convenient location for onwards travel. Bedroom provided option for 2 adults and 1 child to stay together.

Bunk bed wasn’t made up, just sheets provided. Room was a bit tired looking. Bathroom was tiny and sink was in the opposite corner around the bed. Breakfast was very basic with very small room to eat in or option to eat outside where people were smoking. Definitely couldn’t have stayed more than one night.
