The staff went beyond their call to satisfy every customer. The kitchen staff was marvelous. Nicholas, Alex, David, Phillip, Moses, Margerie the manager, and Chris from the concierge desk were outstanding.

There were no dislikes.

Loved the breakfast, loved the ambiance, and the staff were fantastic! The evening fires were a lovely touch during the cold season, and it was nice to be able to be a walking distance from the Thompson Falls. There were lots of good options for excursions as well, and we would love to take the family for a time away.

It would have been nice to have some plush rugs especially during the cold season.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great landscaping. Service is okay, even though they lack a level of genuine warmth towards guests.

Food is underwhelming. It lacks in flavour and taste. The bland buffet is dramatic; from recycled/reheated meals, to soups that could pass for blended leftovers of a past spread. It was shocking to be told that they don't serve a la carte, hence restricting guests to participate in their full board meals.

The ambience was exceptional and the activities were wonderful.I loved how the activity guides kept us on toes....there was never a dull moment

The Hot Tody gave me an allergic reaction. Strictly inform the client of the contents of the drinks.. They used syrup which i am highly allergic to and even after consulting, they only said "Unajua asali za siku hizi aziaminiki"I was very disappointed

I encountered pleasant staff who were knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean, extra blanket and fire set up for the extra cozy feeling

We enjoyed the climate....the environment is amazing.... Quiet , relaxing and beautiful.

The gym equipment can be a little bit shaky and one of the equipments almost took my husband out... Kindly make sure they are in proper condition...

I loved the fire place in the rooms and the hot water bottles helped keep the bed warm.The staff were kind and helpful and breakfast was great.

Good but why did my car got vandalized ?

Everything. They are good at service. Friendly staff and managers. Food is alright too.

Maybe the steambath. Was not quite heating up. Sauna was excellent though.

Fantastic grounds, security, thoughtfulness of staff dealing with dietary requirements, hot water bottles (really hot water bottles in Africa! Yes it is 2360 km above sea level)

Rooms are very cold. Could do with some efficient heating

We where promised a special room since we chose Panari on our honeymoon. But we did not get it.

The location is great and the facilities are well designed. Room staff were amazing. The barman was good.

Check in was slow and the lady looking confused over our booking. We got a wrong room and it was changed.The restaurant staff are stiff to say the least.We had stomach upsets both my wife and I after evening drinks and a steak supper. We reported at the reception and was promised that the F&B manager would call us. We have been waiting since.

Breakfast could use abit more variety especially with variety of herbal teas like earl grey and peppermint teaEverything else was excellent
