- #1. They should place rubber covers on the pool's ladder...so painful stepping on the aluminum steps as I exited the pool. #2. If they were smart, they would do a simple video featuring the steps to activate their tv. We had to call several times for an employee to show us. I am sure many guests have the same problem. Why not post a simple video on YouTube and tell rhe guests to check it out via their phones.

The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. It had all kind of options available. Additionally the location was perfect only three two block from the main square.
The pool was not working while we stayed there. They were doing maintanance. Also the staff at the end were kinda disspointed that we didn't consume anything from the restaurant. This is always optional

I grew up enjoying this hotel’s pool. I love the gardens and the holidays decorations for this time of the year. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the courtesy and attention by all the staff outstanding.
The colonial architecture, original California Moorish style, The general cleanness. The Pool is huge and looking very enticing to get into it. The restaurant was amazing. I love this hotel and will be back for more nights stay with entire family. Price was very reasonable too.
I guess this hotel shall have an all inclusive plan for visitors too. For 3 or 5 or 7 nights family stay. A mini bar was missing in the room also. Some extra water bottles.

The bed were extremely uncomfortable and noisy for the suite room.
The pool was wonderful ! The food at the restaurant was very good. Close distance to visit Laguna el Sonso.
Staff lacks a little training. Someone barged in on both days to see if our room was occupied. She knocks and before I can open the door she was already in the room.
Buga is very hot and sticky but the hotel has a magnificent pool and the rooms had Aircon! Great poolside bar/lunchtime meals. A short walk to the Basilica
It would be wrong to fault things too much but it would have been nice if the proper restaurant was open in the evening. The Aircon was necessary - it was a bit noisy though but it would have been hell without it!

. comfortable beds, couches, pool, only breakfast but it was good.
It was a deluxe suite, very comfortable but poor cleaning, the Jacuzzi was big enough for me and my family but at the time I enjoyed the jetted tubs that were dirty with leaves debris, and the Jacuzzi were totally covered with leaves. And one of the toilets was uncleaned
