Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Lovely pool.

Beautiful pool by the ocean. The environment is fabulous. The service is very hospitable. Music is terrific every Sunday. Saturday there is Karaoke night and the buffet food is always amazing.

Would appreciate it more if given a room on the upper floor.

Very good sumptuous food. I could tell the chef curates all the recipes to a wonderful menu. Fresh food daily. Something new to look forward to.. The best dinner buffet. Rooms were clean. Amisi at the front desk was fantastic and very warm.The CEO Mr. Paul, always walking and checking on guests was just awesome. Generally the staff were all very friendly

The tea variety was very limiting.General Cleanliness of the spa to be improved.

horrible services: the receptionist is very rude, also restaurant staff members were very slow. I was quite upset given the price of the hotel. Additionally, I left my towel near the pool zone and during check out the receptionist in passive aggressive way told that they can’t find the towel. I assume it is not my problem that staff members don’t speak to each other.

Rooms were comfortable. Pool and spa are great.

Food was just ok. I wanted quiet but it felt too quiet.

The resort is quite comfortable offering a good place for relaxation. The beach is clean and wide with calmer water unlike in south coast. The staff is friendly, respectful and helpful. It's a wonderful place for holidays. The swimming pool is a site to behold.

There was a problem with the AC in our room, in that it kept tripping the MCB. They were unable to fix it and it made the room hot at night. The crows snatch food from unattended plates and tables.

Peaceful minded place

There were strange smell coming out near the room and swimming pool wasn't clean and some of the food were not cooked well.

The swim in suite is one of a kind. The fact you had access to the pool from your room was amazing!

The facility seems to be short staffed and those present are slow in responding to customer needs with lack of attention to detail. I would avoid giving them laundry for dry cleaning as I ended up with suit jackets being washed and unusable for intended purpose

All the facilties were good.Food, pool staff shower and bath very spacious very relaxing Hotel.

That in half board for supper you had to pay for drinks seperate.Breakfast they were included cofee tea or fresh juices.Salty water in the swimming pool which wasnt good for my fiancè's skin.

They have a wide array of breakfast options one thing that stands out is the chefś attention to detail and the food is freeesh the sea food was to die for!

The distance getting there and also itś abit far from sight seeing options but once you are in the resort they really make you forget the outside world but you need to plan ahead for travel to the major tourist attraction sites.

The hotel is very good and the staff very friendly. The garden is perfectly kept, as well as the pool. The SPA is fantastic.

I had a delightful 3-night stay, enjoying the well-appointed room I was assigned and the convenient swimming pool located just outside the room's back door. The staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness, always willing to go the extra mile in assisting with any queries that arose.

Room was very clean and new, with fully air conditioning and bathtub. Pool was huge and clean. Spa was well equipped and good service with affordable pricing compared to Nairobi. Choice of wine was also nice.

The location was bit far from either Mombasa or Malindi.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff who were very helpful and always tried to address guests by name. The staff always attempted to provide a 'personalised service' to guests and seemed to remember what people enjoyed or liked. Specially liked the pool with direct access to the beach. Our suite was beautiful and exceeded our expectations.

It would have been good to see more variety at dinner. We were on a half-board basis and although it was not a huge variety the food was good. Note there were however other items a la carte during the day if required.
