Staff were so friendly and helpful. Perfect location.

We booked 2 rooms for 3 people. For the dates we needed only one was available in the hotel and one was an apartment room I thought was closer by. The first floor apartment was down an alley, a little stuffy smelling and you could hear people upstairs. Oh well, everything else was fine.

We did not stay in the main hotel, but instead opted to stay in one of the separate buildings, a restored grocery warehouse, a few blocks closer to the center of town. Either location is convenient to the attractions of the upper town. As with most any lodging that is located in the center of a centuries old city, logistics can be challenging, but are not insuperable. We found the location to be convenient to all the landmarks in the upper town and to restaurants and shopping. There are almost no places to stay in the lower town, and parking down there is near impossible, so you should be ready to undertake the walk down and back from the upper town. We would return again, this time giving the main hotel a try.

Location could not have been more perfect. Alexander was always very helpful in providing dining recommendations and hid advice was spot on.

Excellent breakfast. Could have arranged our own with facilities in the appartement if we had chosen.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. At first my sister and I were assigned to a room down the street which was dark and awful. Luckily there was still a room available at the hotel. We paid a little more and had that room for two nights.

The room down the street was awful but the room in the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was very agreeable.

The staff were great, as were the breakfasts.

We stayed in "The Atelier," not by request, but because it was what they had available for our dates. It was musty and not a terribly pleasant place to stay.

Nice hotel. Comfortable room. Walking distance to anywhere. Plenty of restaurants and shops/cafés nearby

The receptionist was very nice also spoke English. The room was very nice and the location was excellent

Very charming and great location. The staff was super friendly and special thanks to the lovely waitress who fixed us a drink and a cheesplatter in the bar after our long car trip before returning home. There was on site parking which was very convenient as well as being dog friendly.

Hotel is centrally located in the beautiful town of Dinan. Good access to restaurants, shopping and attractions.

Room was dated with poor lighting, would benefit from redecoration but was clean and comfortable.

Location and staff. Day clerk excellent. Woman night clerk was the best.

Horrible room, horrible bed, broken shower, no refrigerator , carpet really old.

Location the apartment we stayed in was good size other then the bathroom

Breakfast was not good , croissants and bread where stale. The milk on first day was sour, coffee was not hot. I thought it was included otherwise I wouldn’t have touched it. Bathroom way to small , you need to put your legs under the sink to sit on the toilet. Shower ridiculously small Shower pressure good and hot

It was in a lovely quiet lane. Compact but practical and the bed was super comfortable!

There wasn’t many mirrors, only in the bathroom and there wasn’t a plug in there to plug a hairdryer into. Also the drains took a while to drain.

Great location to enjoy the beautiful historic town of Dinan. The room was a good size and the bed comfy. Staff very helpful. Getting to the hotel parking was a bit tricky to get to but once sorted fine.

The room was a little bit dated but that didn’t detract from our stay.

A very nice hotel, in an excellent location un the center of the old town (with parking!). Great team
