Communication b/t the co. & the client-person on site was fine, but figuring it out for first time was bizzare and not well thought out

Tiny swimming pool available in April

We found a huge black spider while unrolling the double sofa bed. It was the biggest spider we have ever seen, and run to hide in a little hole between the wall and the floor. Our two children were supposed to sleep in the sofa bed, but obviously that was not any longer a safe place.We asked for assistance to the various phone numbers listed in the reception, which at 9 pm was not attended. After some 15 minutes we managed to talk with a lady, who simply denied any help. So we had to spend a very uncomfortable night sleeping 4 persons in the other twin bed.

Good location for the ferry

Beds weren’t made. Disappointing I have to make the beds.Room very tired and in need of decoration.Needed a thorough clean.

The size of the whole apartment was good for the price we paid and had all the basics needed.

I think I was over charge for a bedsheet and three towels (45€) I think it was too much.

We chose this hotel because of the pool and the children had great fun.This is a budget self - catering hotel and if this is what you’re looking for then would definitely book. . You have to put on bed linen (supplied) and strip beds at end of stay to keep costs down. One night was enough for me. We didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities but it looked like everything was supplied should you have needed it.The bathroom whilst clean was really off putting and children referred to it as a prison shower. . . It was so basic, nothing looked nice. . No storage for bikes . . If I had to self cater, I would probably look at Airbnb. .

Very clean. Ideal with two children. A short walk into the old town. The pool is great after a day out and about. Highly recommend.

Efficient reception and friendly staff. Large room, comfortable bed.

When booking we were unaware of the cleaning required on departure. Had this been more evident we would have paid extra to have the studio cleaned. There were no sheets or towels in the room on arrival but this was quickly corrected by reception.

The property is in a great location, and has ample parking. Close to the centre of dinan which is within walking distance, also a good supermarket a short drive away.

Property interior is tired. We first stayed at this property 6 years ago and it hasn’t seen a paintbrush in that time. Furniture, walls and floors all worn and tired, absolutely no maintenance is carried out at this property. Also they do not clean the rooms, you’ve to clean them yourselves with fines if you don’t.

Nice and comfortable flat

During our stay in Brittany this was the only place where we had to make our own beds on arrival. After a long day driving this is the last thing we wanted to do.

Nice small pool, friendly staff, free parking, good bathroom & shower, plenty of hot water, beds comfy.

Kitchen facilities limited, noisy pigeons early morning, sofa bed uncomfortable for watching TV, onsite Bistro not available due to refurbishment, had to clean appartment on leaving & left it cleaner than we found it.

Large room for two people. Large free car park. There is a small outside swimming pool which we didn't use. Bed firm but ok

This is not an hotel as the rooms are not cleaned during your stay. Our room was dusty and not properly cleaned. Bed is low to the floor.. bed is unmade but sheets and towels left in room. Small TV.. rules relating to cleaning of the room are laughable.No maintenance appears to have been done so lots of damaged and chipped paint, toilet too close to wall so large toilet paper dispenser gets in your way.Shower not thermostatically controlled and tap diverter difficult. Dreadfully old fashioned and cheap. Shower is over the bath..Water pressure in kitchen inadequate, tap loose and badly fitted. Cheap build.Lighting in room basic, Furniture consists of a bed, table and chairs and a unit for the cutlery and crockery. Very sparse.Not an uplifting room to stay in.

On my arrival was met by a friendly staff member and both rooms were clean and airy with easy access to the city centre. I would recommend!

Great location. Cheapest place we could find and you get what you pay for I expect. Unfortunately room smelled of stale smoke. Never met any staff as arrived late and reception open a few restricted hours.

Room smelled of smoke and decor tired with stains on walls and carpet in hall. Clean enough. You have to make up your own bed. Cutting costs by reducing staff or unable to get staff possibly. Made the hotel feel like a bed sit.

A good base to visit Dinan when arriving by car. We were able to check-in, drop everything & walk into the old town & down to the port for dinner.Good sized room with kitchenette.Had a relaxing hour in the pool at the end of the second day.

Even though it is an apartment-hotel I would have expected the beds to be made up, the pillows were but not the sheets or duvets.These had to be stripped at the end of the stay also.A pricelist in the room of what you'd be charged if you break anything but such detail didn't extend to cleanliness with dusty bedside tables and lamps.The pool cover was over the whole pool with no signs of it being recently moved.
