Staff very friendly and helpful, excellent restaurant with great food and good value

Breakfast ok but more variety needed. Fruit Salad always looked a bit tired - possibly prepared the night before. Water for tea/coffee not always piping hot.

Tea/Coffee making facilities in room but paper cups not appreciated. Supplies not always topped up. Towels in bathroom a bit thin and small.

Nice room, quiet location on a Saturday night.

Room was in a separate building which we weren't expecting, when we arrived the staff was a bit rude, the room was in the roof which was quite hot.

The bed was big and comfortable and the room quite spacious. Everything was clean and our room opened up onto the back of the building, so it was very quiet in the morning. The location is very central, the hotel lies right on the edge of the city centre. There is cheap parking available 5 walking minutes from the hotel.

When we arrived, there we had to wait a while at the reception (but the lobby was large and comfortable enough to spend the wait in comfort). It turned out that staff had to manage both the hotel and the restaurant and we arrived just around dinner time so that we were understanding of the circumstance.

The location was great for our needs, we arrived by bike in the pouring rain and the lady in reception was very kind and helpful in getting us sorted under the circumstances. The room was large and perfect for our requirements and we ate in the hotel restaurant, food was lovely.

It was a shame that the rooms were a short walk from the reception but I think this was due to work being carried out at the time rather than a long term situation.

The room was dirty, there was dust on the furniture and certain lamps weren't working. I think it was overpriced for what it offered

The location, near the train station and in the centre of the city, with a parking nearby. The room had enough space and the staff was very helpful.

The location was good and central. Also the hotel had an excellent restaurant attached to it.The room was perfect; two rooms with a balcony off each and two shower rooms.

The only thing with the room was there were no drawers... for clothing.

Clean and good location

No air conditioning nor fans - our rooms were located on the top floor and were unpleasant with 31 degrees (Celsius) outside and inside. very hard to sleep in this condition

The breakfast was terrible. Poor choice of basics. Served in dark room at the back of the building. There is a restaurant and it would be much nicer to serve breakfast there,We were warned about the parking but it would have been helpful if we had been aware that you actually could drop off your bags near the door. The owner parks his car outside.
