Location and decent bathroom with good shower.

Smelly - hotel has dogs and people seem to smoke. Carpets look like they need a good clean. Overall feeling of neglect. Lift that trips out constantly and reception has to reset it. Doesn’t look anything like the lovely website photos. WiFi pointless and doesn’t work. Cannot recommend.

Good location, close to town centre, bars & eateries. Private parking available very close to hotel. Nice breakfast to start the day.

Decor was a little dated but added to the character of the hotel. Garden was a little overgrown, as our stay was the end of the summer I guess.

Nice old-fashioned hotel with very friendly host who will solve all questions. Nice caring personnel also during breakfast which was authentic French with good coffee. Surprisingly well equipped rooms with very large bathroom and comfortable beds. Close to the hotel is nice small Kebab place (4 Rue des 3 Frères le Goff) where we spent excellent time with the owner with Turkish roots but who speaks good German and his proposal to us was "You only pay if you liked the food!" And he knows how to prepare a well kebab.

The hotel is secure and safe, but the city itself is quite strange with those gangs of youth who ram the streets and are especially keen to "follow" tourists.

Difficult to find because of all the disruption in the middle of city ie diversions no entry etc

Breakfast was good, Location was within easy walking of the shopping area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Dated rooms but the bathrooms were recently updated.

The room was good , the bathroom was very nice . The breakfast was also very good , the location was good shame it was a Sunday and every thing was shut . The added bonus for us was the use of the garage across the street for our motorcycle. The owner was most helpful with a street map etc .

Great location only 2 minutes walk into St. Brieuc centre but really quiet. Huge room, bathroom and bed !

Parts of the hotel look a little tired ! The back garden could be so much nicer given development. The rear car park is ideal but might deter anyone with mobility issues since access is via steep steps. The bathroom is big and well appointed but could do with modernising to match some peoples tastes.

Nice bathroom and good size bedroom

The hotel was advertised with a bar and a garden. Reality was there was no bar service and the garden could have benefited from some shade and cushions . Very disappointed as we would have liked a nice shady place to relax.

Being a city centre hotel, parking might be an issue at busy times.

Initial information indicated that an iron is available, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. No such offer was available in my room. The facilities are outdated and do not meet the standards of modern hotels.

The location and parking. Staff were welcoming and rooms clean.

The water temperature in the shower difficult to control. Bed was a little uncomfortable.

The owners were absolutely wonderful and made terrific recommendations. They were helpful and very accommodating to our needs. The hotel was conveniently located and provided free wifi.
