Pros +
- We stayed in one of the apartments as they have a fridge kettle and cooker, can't say anything bad bout the place, staff are brilliant as well
- The hotel was clean, rooms are lovely and breakfast was nice too.
- Great hotel. Staff very helpful and good facilities.
Cons -
- Breakfast is a bit pricey if your not a big eater
- Staff non-existent (not even at check-in, they sit in the office behind the reception so they don’t even greet you upon arrival). Everyone’s very young but seems inexperienced. The cleaners kept forgetting to give us more toilet paper and when we called to have more they asked us to come get it ourselves (which is ridiculous! It’s a 4 star hotel).Room service non-existent. They don’t divide any information abut the spa, or breakfast or any facility. They say they speak English but they don’t (thankfully I speak French fluently). The bathroom is very big, but as the glass doesn’t have a shower everything gets wet. Very weak water pressure too and bloody cold floor. We have an assistance dog and they still made us pay (no other hotel charged us). We’re not impressed.
- Breakfast was OK, but it could have been better.

Great hotel. Staff very helpful and good facilities.
Breakfast was OK, but it could have been better.
Clean, modern and well appointed room. Good location
Staff did not inform us that restaurant was closed for dinner, board said it was open. Reception staff kept questioning if I wanted breakfast, refused 3 times over the 2 days
Location and staff especially Marvin & Alban were exceptional.
Air conditioning broken, problem with lock on room door. Breakfast was poor value for €16 per person extra when we arrived. Parking €15 per night . Short staffed, shortness of toilet rolls and towels. Room very little space , no counter space in bathroom, very little hanging and storage space . I feel this accommodation is more suitable as B&B!!!
Beds were very comfortable and located right in the centre of Saint Brieuc. Staff are all very helpful. Nice bar to have a drink in too
Our room was a bit small with not alot of closet space. Also curtains were torn in room which wasn't great. Showers gels and hand wash in bathroom were empty and obviously weren't checked by cleaning staff as we had to.ask for replacements at reception after 2 days
Staff very pleasant and helpful. Hotel spotless and very central
Location was very good
When we arrived our rooms were not ready at the checking in time. They were short of towels for the rooms. The air conditioning did not work. The room was very dark. The tiles in the bathroom ceiling were displaced. The room was very small and lacked storage space. There was no lounge area to sit and relax. In the evening if you were not dining in the hotel there was nowhere else to go to sit and talk to friends.
Central location is excellent. Functional space with comfortable bed. Kitchenette useful. Good shower. Plenty of places for light breakfast in town although not many places available for dinner on a Tues eve! Staff spoke excellent English - Thankyou!
No pics on site of apartments. Apartment was v warm. Windows are small and above head height so also dark inside. No info re dinner at hotel or spa provided. Car parking limited - public parking nearby.
The restaurant exceeded our expectations, the food was delicious and the staff were very attentive. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
The private parking was unavailable and very limited.
It was in a good location. The staff were very helpful on arrival. The restaurant serves delicious food and also at value for money.
The atmosphere was very poor and some of the staff appeared somewhat disinterested/bored
the modern look and feel and the comfy bedsthe ability to charge our car in front of the hotel.
the cooking gear in the appartement kitchen was very minimalthe pans didn't work on all the induction platesthe sauna/hammam was OK, but there were only 2 very uncomfortable chairs to relax. It costed 40 euro per hour per couple, which is too expensive for what it is.
Location was good. Parking in the hotel was good. Hotel was clean.
Normally I do not write negative reviews, I prefer to complement good hotels but on this occasion, I feel a little aggrieved. On the whole the hotel was clean and tidy, the individual toilets from the shower room was very cramped though to the point where you could hardly get into the toilet without standing on the pan. I can live with this though as the beds were comfortable and clean. What I disliked was breakfast. We were a group of 4 adults, we paid €16 per person for breakfast, and we received just one croissant each, scrambled eggs on a warmer plate, coffee and pots of yogurt. For this price you would expect warm food such as bacon or sausages. Nope, just a dish of scrambled egg which was there for at least an hour. If you wanted more than one croissant each there was no hope as there was nobody working in the kitchen or restaurant to ask. Over an hour and not a single member of staff in the restaurant appeared. You may think that we could make do with toas, yes that would be nice there was a toaster after all but alas no sliceable bread to put in it. We spied some through the window to the deserted kitchen all sealed up but would not be permitted to help ourselves. So, coffee, a singular croissant and a pot of yogurt for €16.Upon leaving the hotel, I mentioned to the receptionist that breakfast was poor as there was not much or a choice and quantities were meagre, she explained this was because the hotel only had 6 guests and that is the way it is. Now, why charge so much for so little? It wasn’t my fault the hotel was empty. There was no offer of discounting the breakfast we had or not charging us. Just a mention that it was the way it works. If this is how the hotel treats guests with distain I would suggest going elsewhere. The management need to take responsibility. I liked the hotel in general but would no go back with that sort of attitude and flippancy.
Comfortable and spacious. Great location. Staff was very friendly
There was a rock festival going on that weekend and it was difficult to get the hotel or to get parking. Ideally, the hotel should have proactively reached out to us. We still were able to eventually figure it out but there were barricades everywhere and we could not get to the hotel. Also, our apartment/room was on the top floor and there was no elevator. That was a bit frustrating to not have a lift an to carry 50lbs bags up 5 flights of stairs. It would have been nice if they would have offered service for that.
We were placed in one of the apartment in the new building. Very poor.
The room was a small apartment without personality
Very good presentation lounge area.
No Spa/ massage treatment that was the reason for our stay on the first place. The massage services was not available and no replacement was available either?
Comfortable bed.Large room.Great location - walk to all sites in the old town.Excellent restaurant and bar.One of the reception ladies (seemed the more experienced of the two) was friendly and helpful.Bike storage in secure courtyard (but not undercover).
Cold bathroom floor. No shower screen. We didn’t find the safe until checkout day (but we later found it did say in the room information where to find it).Smokers in the courtyard under our window.
The room was very small and dark and the bed not particularly comfortable. The toilet doesn’t have a sink to wash your hands and you must go into the separate bathroom.
Great location. Central. Plus Parking
Nothing 10/10
Great location. secure parking. Restaurant closed on the Sunday we visited but reception immediately suggested nearby restaurant options.
