The location was goodBreakfast was a bit of a bun fight not really big enough and the poor staff had to keep replenishing the food with people waiting, but overall the food was ok

When we first arrived the female receptionist couldn't find our booking on their system despite me having the confirmation to hand. She basically said after a cursary look that if she couldn't find it we didn't have a room and would have to ring Booking.com. We were panicking as it was too late to make any other arrangements. luckily a male employee intervened and after looking for the booking under my partners name he found it, with my name as secondary. Clearly their fault and the females attitude was totally unacceptable

Great breakfast. Good choice of cakes ( overall the delicious bananacake and the madelaines).the staff always very kind and helpful.

I always find Ibis hotels to be well managed. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. There is a large shopping centre about 10 minutes walk away.

I tried to find the railway station as the hotel would be nearby but the street directions to the station were confusing so it took a while to locate the hotel. Riding a motorbike in heavy rain around the busy city centre was not much fun.

Only positive thing was the lovely lady on reception, and managed to squeeze into the car park,nothing else to say about this place

Breakfast was dreadful nothing left when we went into the breakfast room ,staff very slow topping up. Location was grim ,loads of homeless and drunks nowhere nice to have evening meal .area was run down and grubby ,very expensive for a miserable room

Good location close to the old town and the huge railway station.Breakfast was good with plenty of selection, only timed boiled eggs as the only food hot option, but not really an issue.Good easy and secure parking for car or motorbike .Friendly staff.

The room was so badly designed that there was no room for me to open up the suitcase stand. If I did I would have had no way of walking around the bed. I had to put my open suitcase under the sink in the open-plan bathroom area. No soap by sink. Had to use liquid soap in shower. No safe. Poor sound insulation ... I had booked for 2 nights and left after 1 night.

The staff were very helpful, offering to keep our bikes in the garage. Breakfast was really good. The room had lots of space for our family of 4.

Carpark was very small, and there were no spaces left by the time we got there. Turning around to get out again was a challenge.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was small but comfortable with a good shower. Lots of secure private parking and a super tasty breakfast. We enjoyed a lovely meal in a local restaurant, lots of choice withing walking distance.

Ideally situated by the Gare. Bright, cheery hotelcomfortably furnished. Good breakfast, and friendly staff.

There was a very helpful and friendly receptionist when we arrived and she went out of her way to find a restaurant for us the evening we arrived. She was charming. The room was clean. The breakfast was continental style and was what we expected.

The room was very tight on space as was the bathroom. There was a separate WC. The parking was an issue but we did manage to park in the end. The air con was set too high so we were rather cold during the night. The price of this hotel was rather steep compared to their sister hotel where I stayed in Rennes a few weeks ago, and where I had a far superior room.

All staff were smiley, very kind and helpful at all times. They accomodated our request for a slightly larger room as the first one we were assigned was really small and, although it would be ok for one night stay, it would be impossible to stay there for 3 days. Breakfast was good and included a variety of salty and sweet snacks and drinks. The hotel is very conveniently located, a few steps away from the historical centre

The hotel parking is very small and can host up to 10 car max. Very often it becomes full. This should be clarified in the description as the alternative is on street parking (always available) at local parking tarif.Some rooms are really small and the shower is not separated from the room. this might not be ideal for everyone.

Lovely staff esp lady we met the first night on arrival. Very clean. Good breakfast. Low key atmosphere which suited us. Overall very pleased with it.

Lighting in hall/stair ways was a little slow to come on automatically - which might be a little uncomfortable if only person on hallway...

Room was compact but everything was there and was clean and comfortable. Ideal for an overnight stay. Right in the centre of the town and convenient for restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food and drink.

The city itself was very confusing and some directions for arriving by car would have helped with the bus lanes and one way road system. However the receptionist gave us excellent directions for finding our way out.
