The receptionist upon arrival went above and beyond expectations by helping us with the parking kiosk. Location was wonderful for exploring the walled city.

The location and amenities were perfect. The room was spacious, and the separate room was a great work location. The balcony was also excellent.

Nice location. Room size was acceptable, not great, but acceptable.

Not 4 star quality. Tatty cheap decor and the quality of the finish in the room was bad to say it was completely in 2024. The sink had multiple chips in it that are waiting for someone to slice their finger open on. The head board unit has clear water damage, bulged and laminate coming off. I'm not a qualified tiler but having done my own house I'm sure I could do better than that bathroom. A very choice, and I would say safety issues, of putting a step in the middle of the room right next to a glass shower room door.. dangerous. The glass bathroom door, you can literally see past it all around... It is a bathroom.. that won't stop sounds or smells. If one person is sat on the toilet, and the door open, you can have a face to face conversation with the person sat on the bed... Odd.. Just very poorly thought out and executive all round..I wouldn't stay there again.

Wonderful hotel, modern,clean, central location

not enough closet for cloththes

We like the room size, the door between bathroom facilities and the bedroom, modern design, cleanness, very helpful staff. In general, the hotel exceeded our expectations and made our staying in Saint-Malo very pleasant and comfortable.

Shower door

Our room was outstanding! We had a beautiful view over the park where you could see children playing, you could hear the church bells ringing and people walking through the park. :-) J'aime ca. ;-) <3 We took a convenient ferry over to Dinard, spent the day there and their beaches are equally as beautiful.

Directions to the parking garage would have been appreciated before we lugged our luggage up those cobblestone hills and steps. Otherwise, once we parked it was great. ;-)

The welcoming, the vibe from the staff.

First two nights the AC did not work properly in the room. In the end the management offered a new suit.

Interesting architecture and thoughtful room decor. The room is on the smaller side. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that there is no floor separation between the shower and the rest of the floor.

Location

No hot water, air conditioning didn’t work, and parking on the street was 25€ per day!

The location in the old town was great.

We did not get the room we had booked or the parking space we had requested and had confirmed by the hotel prior to our arrival.

Room needed to have at least one comfortable chair for relaxation.

The room was small with little space to store two suitcases.

Nice hotel, rooms were clean and reception and bar areas were nice too.

Children's playground located at front of hotel, sometimes very noisy even into evening, although unlikely Hotel can do anything about that in a walled town.

Modern and airy, with friendly helpful staff. We were in the special access room on the vorner which had a huge wet-room shower room and a very comfy bed which surprised us by being height adjustable.

Not much hanging space for clothes.

Great location, friendly staff, great bar overlooking the square.

Only small issue is that the restaurant doesn't serve meals except breakfast. However there are plenty of great places to eat nearby, so big thing.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and spoke very good English. The staff went above and beyond to meet our requests and kindly upgraded us. This made us feel very special and made our honeymoon even sweeter. Thank you!

There was no protège matelas and extra sheet on the bed which was a little strange

Outside looked great

Inside was trying to be trendy but didn’t quite make it. Dining/Breakfast room a bit like a business conference
