Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Nice view of the beach from the room’s small terrace. Staff was helpful getting a dinner reservation.

The manager and his staff could not have been more helpful to us— as Americans with bad FrenchThey ordered taxis for us and on one instance when taxis were not available the manager drove us to our destination—that does not happen on the USAAlso — a must is the hotel’s restaurant!Sean and Marie

Nice hotel, room was basic, nice restaurant and bar. The food was very good but quite pricey.

Great location next to the beach in Paramé and fantastic seaview from the room. The staff were welcoming. The hotel and local area were quiet.

We stayed overnight before catching the morning ferry to Portsmouth. We had a sea view room which was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were attentive and the check-in and check-out was easy. We enjoyed the breakfast which had plenty of choice and all very fresh. We pre-booked a parking slot which we found useful as it kept our car off the street.

We would have liked to have eaten in to take advantage of the views from the restaurant however there wasn't a vegetarian option that we could see on the menu.

The location, easy proximity to the Ferry Port.

Lack of communication. I've left my coat in the wardrobe in the room!!! I have emailed and no-one has replied.

The restaurant was closed. We had to brave storm Darragh to find somewhere to eat.We were offered a very basic cold meal in fairness but we need something more substantial after a long drive.

Best location in St Malo leading right on the the seafront. Parking on site, restaurant overlooking the ocean. Great selection for breakfast I couldn’t fault it.

One comment would be the bedroom was small but comfortable. But the restaurant has ideas above their station. Evening meals around €50/60 and not a single customer.

Staff was very friendly And accommodating. location was awesome ( right on the break wall - great access to the beach ) people in City of St Malo "Super Friendly"! Also very nice had coffee ☕ maker in room....

?? huh can't think of anything? Oh maybe a little refrigerator in the room might have been nice & access to a microwave, but not a big deal ?

Location & the view from the restaurant

There was a security light on outside our room which could not be blocked out by the room blinds. This affected my ability to sleep.Any hotel room should have black out curtains as a basic requirement.

Room with a deck was great. Enjoyed seeing people stroll on the boardwalk. But the room was so small for 2 people we had a hard time finding where to put our suitcas.

Location is perfect. All staff members are very helpful and professional. The restaurant is outstanding.

Third floor room was small. Expected more of an ocean view. Shower had glass partition to bedroom that seemed to have no purpose.
