Beautiful hotel with a French architectural flair, modern rooms with amenities, wonderful staff from checking in, (called for check-in time), to helping us take luggage up the stairs, fantastic breakfast, to a call when we left something in the room!

incredible breakfast, lovely location, free parking available on property and on street and welcoming, warm hosts.

There is no lift so bare this on mind specially if you have big or very heavy luggage.

An experience in old-world charm and grace. China cups and plates and homemade breads and marmalades at breakfast. Fruit from their own trees. I felt like an honored guest.

I did not feel that I had many options for exploring the area. Maybe, upon arrival, more questions of the guests as to what they would like to do/experience.

The staff was absolutely and personally concerned about every need. Beautiful property.

Lots of steps but manageable.

Very good and on last day we were in a rush for the ferry so they made up a take away breakfast with coffee to have on the quayside whist we waited for boarding.Staff were so welcoming, very friendly and helpful.Location is great with good restaurants 5 min drive away.

Very cozy and beautiful hotel. The host was very friendly, polite and humorous. We got a nice separate room in the garden, where our dog was comfortable and safe. The breakfast was delicious and we also got sandwiches to take with us. We'll come back!

Such a pretty hotel. Our welcome was exceptional, very friendly and informative. Location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful buildings and walking distance to shops restaurants and the port. Room had tea and coffee facilities and bottled water was provided.

Parking very tight if you have a larger car, we parked outside which wasn't a problem. We had the garden room as we had out little dog with us. We were dissapointed with the size of the room, very small and bathroom had privacy issues being overlooked and window dressing not adequate. Room didn't match the splendor of the house itself.

Lack of storage in bedroom, noisy guests

Fantastic welcome from the owners of this lovely boutique hotel. It's in a quiet residential location but only a short distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the ferry terminal. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed the continental breakfast with fresh, local ingredients. We would be happy to return on our next trip to St Malo.

Excellent position with easy walking to Saint Malo and all the excellent beaches. Very warmly looked after by the owners. Parking at the hotel. We will use this again as ideal for the ferry to UK.

Virginie and Emmanuelle are professional and charming. The property was a joy to stay and a tribute to these two lovely persons. Homemade cake and jams were the highlight of the plentiful breakfast. everything was just perfect for our last night in France.

nothing to fault

Beautiful boutique hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with walking distance of the walled town of St Malo and plenty of restaurants. Warm welcome from host and delicious breakfast served in the morning. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Proximity to the ferry port and local restaurants tucked away in a quiet residential area. Beautiful building full of character and the rooms decorated within keeping of the property.

Evening meal would have been nice but not essential

While the room was petite, it was very comfortable, and it met all of our needs. The breakfast room was charming, and the attention to detail was definitely appreciated. Breakfast was served beautifully and was delicious. It was a wonderful stay.

The entrance is a little tight for larger vehicles, so a little care and judgement is needed when entering/exiting.That said, it was probably originally designed for horses and carriages and would be a shame to alter it.

Had a great room with balcony and the host was very welcoming. He gave me a breakfast to take on my journey as I had to leave at 06:45. Tea & Coffee facilites in room which was good.

Breakfast didnt start until 8am . I could here the tv from the other rooms.
