We phoned the day before arrival, to confirm they had parking as described. They said yes, no problem. On arrival there was no parking and we were told to "park where you can"!! Not easy in St. Malo.

There was very little water flow in the douche, and not so warm, we were on the 5th floor may be waterpressue was not enough? Not a big issue

Good room, if rather small. Great shower with loads of hot water. Sound insulation not so good, early morning disturbed by guests gathering in the hallway and then the crescendo of wheeled suitcases over the cobbles (not the hotels responsibility of course) But irritating.

More sound insulation would be transformative - and maybe slightly larger rooms..

The executive room we booked was usually quiet, but we slept most of the night with the window open and only closed at say 5am. The bathroom was very clean and modern and you could choose to change your towels daily or when you wanted. The hotel is close to everything. We found a small boulangerie around the corner to have a coffee and croissant for our breakfast. It was close to "outside" parking which was very reasonable for 2 days Euro18 which we were directed to by reception.

There was no refrigerator or coffee maker (the coffee maker is in most rooms we book these days) but we could get a coffee in the morning from the breakfast area and bring it up to our room.

Internet connection was spotty a bit but we were on vacation so almost a good thing !

Room was a good size. Enough space for two people. Location was inside the walls of the city and easy to make it everywhere in minutes by foot. Sizeable bathroom. Very good option for the location.

Didn't include breakfast. Parking was tricky but no fault of the hotel.

Convenient location. Good staff. Clean. Great breakfast.

Very small room. Nowhere to sit or place carry on luggage.

St Malo exceeded expectations as a destination...it was Spectacular...one of the most complete fortress towns I have enjoyed.The hotel was clean comfortable and well presented...wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location, very clean and comfortable room and friendly staff. Perfect for a couple of nights in Old Town St. Malo.

It was right in the centre clean and comfortable bed including a car park on site and a lift

Liked everything

Bikes friendly, there’s a locked secured garage just for bikes. Very close to ferry port, inside the city wall, near lots of restaurants.

The bed is so close to the wall that you have to climb over to the other side of the bed to get to the bathroom.

Excellent location, lovely room. perfect for our 2 night stay in Old Town St Malo. Also close to the car parks outside the City wall so not far to walk with our bags

There was no bar really, or sitting area but we knew that, and you are right in the middle of St Malo which has no shortage of hostelries.

Location was excellent. Bed comfort was poor.

Great location,clean comfortable rooms and sound proof.Good breakfast and only 10 minutes to old town of Nantes.But above all were the amazing staff.They made us feel very special and did everything to accommodate us and our 2 little sausage dogs.Just perfect

Position was excellent but the rooms are very small, but clean.

Check in was quick and easy. The concierge was very pleasant and helpful i.e., restaurants, places to see, transportation. I don't speak French very well but we somehow were able to communicate.

I said I needed a quiet room. This was mostly correct. What I wasn't told is that there was construction being done on my floor. I should explain more. Carpeting was being replaced. Not much noise, I just wasn't told.
