Stayed 2 nights. 2nd night had breakfast. Will not have again!Cold food good.Hot food disappointing. Cold scrambled eggs and ran out of bacon.Utensils got very mucky.

The arrival reception was very poor.After a long drive we arrived at 2.00pm to be told 30euro for early check in.We were not the only people very disappointed with the service

Location was good

It was very cluttered with a cot. I was expecting the room to be larger so we have space moving around. There was not much options on the breakfast for non meat eaters.

Family of 3 Adults. Interconnecting family room, perfect so that we could have family time during the day and then watch our own tv or you tube without annoying each other.Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for us. Could not be faulted.Great location for easy access to shopping and sightseeing by car.Like the secure parking.We did not have breakfast as used the bakery around the corner which we had seen last time we visited.Very surprised that we did not hear any traffic noise even though close to a road.

No plug socket near where kettle was positioned so had.Needed a hand towel in each room as well as bath towels.A little cold at times in the room.

Car park was safe to leave our luggage in the car overnight. We only arrived late at night for the night but was adequate for our needs.

Everything about this property was amazing. This must have been the best hotel we had throughout our entire trip. Comfy, clean, staff so friendly, modern, easy access.

Bed very comfortable. Good vatiety for breakfast and fresh. Room was as expected. Location is convenient for the ferry and close to shops. Restaurant is adjacent.

Didn't have breakfast. We had disability room and it was very comfortable and clean and well located.

There was some traffic noise and a it was possible to hear people in corridor but it wasn't too intrusive.

Whilst Ibis seem to provide a good standard of accommodation ,I did not like that we could not control the heating in our room. We were cold and the panel for the heating was locked. I asked for it to be unlocked and was shouted at by a particularly obnoxious receptionist, who refuted this but did not come to check, there was a padlock symbol displayed on the panel and adjustment of temperature was not possible. I was told that for any adjustment in temperature I would have to ring reception. I shan't be staying in an Ibis hotel again. The staff the following day at breakfast were very nice.

Breakfast was already at 5:45 and I needed to leave early for the ferry to Jersey – -very impressed

Location was perfect for a late arrival.

We have a family of 6, so we couldn’t get a room big enough and needed to split into 3 rooms.

Hotel was fine. The location wasn't so good, as there weren't many restaurants around the area, but that's not directly connected with the hotel.
