The staff were superb, very attentive and helpful. Rooms are clean, very good breakfast and the location is perfect.

It was right inside the town wall. Stayed there for 1 night. Parking was very close. Great town to visit. Very lively at night. Staff were very friendly. Comfy room.

The location was good for walking the Town.Good continental breakfast.

Driving through town and parking very difficult.The attic room was small.The very small lift could only take one person with a medium case.The shower was very small.

I stayed for a night visiting from Jersey. It was very close to the harbor and very easy to find. Staff were extremely helpful with directions and tips on things to do.

The only downside is that there was no kettle facilities in the room

1- Noises of the people on the street, I couldn’t sleep. 2- no parking in the hotel , they proposed to me to park at ferry terminal.

Rooms are in a building separate from the main one, and that building has a really tiny elevator.

Location was very central, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were comfy and clean perfect for a 1 night stay. Breakfast selection was good and tasty. Town was beautifully lite with Christmas lights, good atmosphere, lovely restaurants close by.

Finding parking is challenging but not the hotels fault,as it was busy in the area with beautiful Christmas market.

Very minimal handrails on the narrow steep winding stairs. No lift , so carrying heavy cases up/ down was interesting.

toilet in the bathroom was badly located - too close to shower cubicle. it did not allow leg room when sitting. it will be very difficult for tall large people.

Great location. Room nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful had an early boat to catch they let us go in a bit earlier to have breakfast.
