Its location close to St Malo

No parking. Even though it said there was some available. Noisy bedroom. I could hear every footstep above and alongside. Staff were not at all helpful. Breakfast was not worth the ?40 cost. I would struggle to give this hotel 3 stars

Dennis was very helpful when our shower needed attention and helped to schedule a taxi for us. The prestige rooms are pricey, but the view from the balcony and watching the tide coming in and out is wonderful. Intramuros (walled village) is very close by

Room was very clean and bed quite comfortable. The breakfast had several options. The location was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the waves at high tide from our balcony.

The fitness center only had a rower, stepper and bike. Parking reservations could not be made in advance and it took us over an hour to find street parking as the hotel garage was full.

Great stay. Beautiful water views. Super comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast

Very tight parking spaces - sedan and SUV driver should park at nearby carparks.

Clean , modern , near old city

Make sure the difference between sea view room which mean partial view from side room or ocean view .

The hotel was next to downtown and the sea, with a spectacular sunset. Reception was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very nice, large and well laid out. The bathroom was very nice and bed was really comfortable. The balcony overlooking the beach was a nice touch. The hotel was located really close to the old city which was a bonus.

We arrive by Ferry from Guernsey, later in the evening and the inhouse restaurant was closed. Would have been nice if there had been some food available either in the room or at the bar.

We chose the Oceania for an overnight stay at the beginning of a 2 week holiday travelling across France. The hotel room was very well designed, with a balcony and with a superb view of the beach. Its location is ideal for us, being close to the ferry terminal, and it is also ideally positioned for visits to the old walled city of St Malo.The experience was so good, we booked another night at the end of our holiday! We would certainly like to visit the hotel again for a longer visit in the near future.

The tea and coffee making facilities in the room could be improved. For the quality of the hotel, we would expect china cups, rather than the small paper cups provided.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful.Room was lovely and clean.Bed was really comfy.

There was not a great deal of choice for breakfast.

The room was spectacular with views across the coast.The SPA was goodThe location and St Malo itself was brilliant plenty of places to see and eat.

The hotel bar was a bit of an uninspiring place The hotel food was average, but the breakfast in the room was good.

First of all, location! Just minutes outside the old city walls. Right on the ocean. Our room was facing the ocean and it was a lovely room. The bed was comfortable. Our room was a good decent size with a good size bathroom/shower. Counter space for toiletries was adequate too. There is no restaurant on site but there is a room service menu we used for a meat and cheese plate. There was parking under the hotel if you have a car which we did so that was a nice plus. The breakfast bar provided a good variety of choices in the morning. over all we had a great stay.

I didn’t like the attitude of the staff at check-in we had we had stayed there twice in a week and we asked if we could have a parking space on the ground on our return and they said no problem ,The receptionist was very very unhelpful. We had a load full of ski stuff in our van and we wanted it undercover for the night she said well sorryyou have to find your own space.Saint Malo was extremely busy and we were cross, we booked that hotel because of the location and parking

The room had fantastic view of the sea with all glass front. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was lovely with jacuzzi for two and big walk-in shower. it had a great balcony with cushioned chairs.

Parking garage was incredibly tight! very hard to maneuver and not scrape wall.

They keep saying and calling that I didnt pay but I need to get a refund because we paid too much by card. It is absolutely idiotic that these guys pretend I didnt pay.

Stunning sea view from the Escape Suite, which also includes a very large and comfortable bed as well as a large, well equipped bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bath. The pool and spa area is very modern and pleasant, and like the room was immaculately clean. There is a short walk to the marvellous old town, which is fascinating to walk around and features plenty of pretty sights and fantastic places to eat, drink, and shop. The hotel's secure underground parking is worthwhile for convenience and peace of mind, but the local area and car parks feel safe and secure regardless. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and have recommended Oceania to friends and family.
