ibis Saint Malo Plage

We were On the sea side and it is beautiful. It is very convenient to the old city and shopping and food. It was easy to get a bus and visit Mont Saint-Michel … the staff was nice and very helpful

Tiny rooms, small double bed, no aircon, tiny bathroom, no tea/coffee facilities in the room

Good position, good staff.

Rooms are very, very small. Gap between the bed and wall is too narrow to pull a suitcase through. No tea or coffee making facilities. No air conditioning. The bathroom is tiny, rooms are very dated with a wash of new paint.

Loved the location. Nothing makes me happier than a view to the beach, and such a majestic one. I also love sleeping to the sound of the sea. The room was pretty small but the bed was comfortable and the shower nice.

Room was fine for one person. I don’t know where a sleeping partner would put their bag.

Location was amazing. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was excellent room was clean and decor nice

We loved the location and layout. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was great. The central courtyard was very nice too!

Room was clean and comfortable.Room size was decent.The location was splendid. Easy access to the town by walking.Hotel is right in front of seaside / beach.It would be perfect if you able to get the view from the room.

The location was good, the breakfast was nice

We paid more than 400 euros for 2 nights for an İbis Otel, assuming we will have a room with a view. While we were checking we saw the list price was equal or even lower then what we paid and we stayed at the smallest room we ever stayed ever in our lives. With 3 people, we had to leave the window o*en to be able to have enpugh air for 3.

The proximity to the Ferry Terminal, it's position (right on the beachfront) comfortable bed

No tea or coffee making facilities - we could buy a drink from the bar but we like to be able to have a cup of tea/coffee in our room

The location away from the centre. All the staff were helpful but in particular the young girl who checked us in. We try to converse in French but her English was superb. Not only that she directed is towards restaurants locally which was invaluable.

It was a little tired and could benefit from some redecorating but it was clean . Also like most IBIS hotels towels are limited and if poor quality.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff was very sweet. They gave our dog little treats at the entrance and we really liked it. We had a great stay with our dog. We parked our car in the back street without any problems. We will definitely come back.

We were stuck 2 extra days due to ferry cancellation. We had our little dog with us. Not only was she welcomed, we were allowed to leave her in the room whilst we had breakfast. There is secure parking around the corner, but connected to hotel's rear entrance for an additional fee. Location opposite beach and close to Ferry Terminal

Although breakfast is included, there is minimum food available at night. We did enjoy a meat and cheese platter. There are also options of local pre made delicacies

Arrived on a very wet evening and was glad of the warm welcome. There was a friendly, helpful atmosphere throughout, both amongst the staff and between staff and guests. Lovely comfortable bed, nice breakfast. A most positive experience!
