The views of the ocean are breathtaking! It's an easy walk to the old town, with great cafes and restaurants along the way. Paid parking was easy, and it was a good location to catch the ferry.

Comfortable room on 5th floor. Town side view. Good breakfast. Parking at reasonable rate/day. Electric charge for EV for € 10.- per charge. Really good to explore Saint Malo in 1 day walking

Everything was ok.

Excellent food and service at the hotel restaurant, the waiters were really great with my three year-old toddler. Direct access to the beach front from the restaurant. Electric heater greatly appreciated even though it caused the electricity to cut off twice during our stay. Excellent room service for breakfast.

No extractor fan in the shower. Room only available from 4pm with no option to pay a little extra to get access earlier in the afternoon.

The view from the room could not have been better. Astonishing! Furthermore, the hotel's location just far enough from the very busy center of town without being out of reach, was an unexpected huge bonus. The promenade and beach directly in front of the hotel were busy in a pleasant rather than overwhelming way. Parking, for a fee, was available and easily accessible.

The reception staff, I assume overwhelmed and overworked, was a bit more curt than others we have encountered.

Lovely hotel, nice room, great staff (but see below), excellent breakfast, fantastic location overlooking the sea.

It would have been nice to have a smile and a cheery word from the person managing breakfast. And the heating/air conditioning control in the room needs some explanation.

It's a cozy and quiet hotel. We reserved parking spot in advance and there was no issue. The view from the room was amazing. It was great to face the sea on such a short trip. The staff was nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

The room is very clean and comfortable with a magnificent sea view. The location is great and is very close to the sea, while you won’t feel noisy about the sea cause the room is well soundproofed.

It will be better if the restaurant could have some music.

The family room is a good size but the toilet was tiny . The noise of the water cylinder heating or toilet flush was quiet loud all night

The bed in our room was both uncomfortable and noisy! I barely slept the whole evening with pinging and squeaking with every movement! This is the first bad review we have written in all our years as a genius booking.com customer!

The location together with the availability of a parking space. the restaurant provided a quality meal with very pleaseant staff.The staff in the reception are also very good.

I booked the hotel on pm Tuesday 19th September 2023 as the ferry to Jersey was cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.. The price quotaed was 248 Euros of which 10% vat was included according to the booking confirmation. (24.80 Euros). The price charged by the hotel was 272.80 Euros. To my surprise, when on Thursday 21st September 2023 I looked again at the hotel rates for Friday 22nd September 2023, the quoted price for booking.com was 185 Euros for the room.Please could you wxplain the difference in the room rate. The rate quoted on Friday 22nd September 2023 is 190 Euros for the room on the comparision page and £186 on the actual booking site. I would politely ask if I have been charged the wrong rate?

Staff was really helpfull. quaint hotel with great view and neighbourhood. Pity we only spent 1 night there. Breakfast was really good.

Amazing location with breathtaking beach view. Clean rooms

Good size family room for 2 older children. Amazing views of beach and town in a relatively quiet location. Short walk 15-20 to walled part of town. Secure parking available if booked before arrival and good communication leading up to the stay. Restaurant overlooking the beach.

Parking tight for larger cars - but we were allowed to leave the car in the reception car park as arrived early evening.
