- Facilities in room..basic. Could be doing with individual sachets of shower gel/ shampoo. Also something to apply it ..eg .. squeegee or facecloths. No tea/coffee making facilities either, or bottled water..these things entice return.

The location
I struggled to sleep with the street light as the curtains were very light and not blackout. Luckily, my family had a really good night.

Great location in the centre of the town for sightseeing and not far from the train station where we arrived.Large, comfortable room. Really happy we could leave our luggage after checking out so that we had chance to go sightseeing.Helpful staff who ordered us a taxi.
Only thing which could be improved would be a kettle in the room.

We didn't actually get to stay at Hotel Angleterre as unfortunately there was a problem with the water in the room. However, the staff contacted us beforehand and had already organised alternative accommodation nearby. They were very helpful, friendly and professional and the alternative accommodation was great.
Perfect for the ferries. Bars and restaurants within a minutes walk. Parking available outside. Very clean, comfortable beds and a lovely breakfast. Well priced. Highly recommended. Thank you
