The location is great with easy access to the town center and walkable to the train station as well.

I have no complaints. As a non-French speaking guest, it was difficult to communicate with the front desk staff. They were very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Very friendly and supportive staff . Large comfortable bed and amazing amount of free parking in front . Short 10 - 15 min walk to the center many restaurants, pubs and cafes ,shopping. Much longer walk 20-30 min to the aquarium/submarine/ titanic experience museum on the opposite side of the port

As over 70s a shower over the bath is not easy for safe access and a shower would have been preferable.

Great harbourside location within easy walking distance of the centre of old Cherbourg. Plenty of safe public car parking. A corporate style hotel with a spacious room. We've stayed here before due to its short drive to the ferry port and several shopping centres.

No tea and coffee making facilities in room and restaurant closed in the evening (though we were aware of this in the hotel description and there were plenty of local eateries open). WIFI log on asked for a lot of unnecessary personal information!

The Hotel is conveniently situated next to the Marina, within walking distance of the town centre and adjacent to two restaurants offering excellent menus. Bonus of free car parking outside makes it a great little hotel.

Some areas could do with refurbishment - particularly the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Having stayed at this hotel several times over the years we were happy to book again for one night prior to our ferry crossing the next evening. As ever, it was very clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast options were excellent. Located by the very popular Port Plaisance/marina area, a short walk from the restaurants, brasseries and shops in the town centre, it is ideal for pedestrians to leave their cars in the vicinity of the hotel where public parking is free. A very pleasant experience and a highly recommended hotel for a short stopover or even as a base to explore Cherbourg and Cotentin.

Having arrived late, we had a slight problem locating somewhere to park , with a circus in full swing in the distance attracting many vehicles. Otherwise, nothing, it was perfect and we will return!

Location and parking were excellent. Stayed here previously and chose again because of convenience.

We liked the location and that there are some interesting historical places to explore. The town centre is a pleasant walk nearby, and there are nice restaurants and bars to enjoy. We enjoyed our short stay very much. We look forward to visiting the town centre again especially when the paving is finished. One very important thing for us was that the people were very friendly. That always leaves a nice memory.

We can’t think of anything, maybe the road signage to the Irish ferry terminal could be better.

The position was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The bedside lights wouldn't work, and the hot water took a very long time to come through.

Everything was 100%, staff went out of their way to help, recommend & be friendly. Rooms were clean & roomy, breakfast was superb & parking for our motorcycles with option to hold our luggage after vacating was amazing! Will definitely return with friends
