easy to check in even if I arrived pretty late in the night. all good, great location in the city center. Big room, decent bed.

Everything was as advertised. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Helpful and friendly staff and a parking spot right in front of the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone!

Despite the friendly staff, and spacious room with soft mattresses and pillows, which were also clean.

We would like to leave negative feedback. There was no way to heat the room, April nights were extremely cold, and it was only 4 degrees outside. The air conditioner was turned on for heating, which never started, although the device was on all night. The advertisement does not contain any information about ongoing construction work in the hotel's interior. There was a lot of suspended construction dust in the air. It was very difficult to breathe, almost impossible. There was a strong smell from the sewer that was disgusting. Brushing your teeth in the morning has turned into confronting your gag reflex. The reception desk was also covered in construction dust, so much so that it was impossible to approach it without getting dirty. I would also like to mention the parking... very, very, very narrow passage. Yes, our car is wider than usual, and we had to leave just a few centimeters from the obstacles, but even for a standard car, this entry and exit are extremely narrow. In general, the hotel left a negative impression of the stay.

Friendly staff, nice upgrade to a very spacious triple room, very warm, clean and functional (electrical outlets beside the bed, working refrigerator, automatic light on the hallway, strong WiFi signal, big mirrors). Good location near the city centre, sufficient parking spaces on the street, several options for dining/having a drink in close proximity (including an excellent Japanese restaurant). Overall, top value for money.

The bathroom has some problems: shower is leaking and drainage doesn't work properly, almost flooding the bathroom when you take a shower. It dries completely during the night, but still needs solving. Weak water pressure on the hot water. Noise insulation (both from inside and outside) could be better.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean sheets and towels and the property is close to the city centre.

The kids in the room next to mine were noisy until close to midnight, which was a bit annoying. Also, I wouldn't class this as a three star hotel (maybe it was in the past) but the bed was very comfortable.

No breakfast available and you only had access to the elevator from the 2nd floor upward. If you have a lot of baggage, that could be an issue.

Rooms were spacious

Realisticly no available parking. Only very few parking slots available if not taken already, and security company is using them, as well. So don't be surprised if blocked by them. Parking on the street nearby was also full. We came by car and it made a lot of inconvenience. It says it has breakfast but a person at the reception told it's very poor and did not recommend taking that. And we were counting on having one. That was disappointing, as well.Bed sheets with holes, water coming out of the shower, no elevator from ground to 2nd floor, etc.

Bad wifi, cockroaches in the bathroom at night, room service was rare and they didn't change sheets or towels until requested, shower was clogged and water pressure was very low, did not offer laundry as advertised

The staff was very kind and helpfull

The hotel is in a pretty bad shape. The hot water comes after 8-10 minutes, they had no protection for bugs on the windows so over the night we got visited by some mosquitos and a big grasshopper. For 3 persons we only got 2 towels. The breakfast it’s also awful.

Relative big space

Terrible bathroom, clogged shower drain and after opening the cabin door, all the water came out on the bathroom floor. The shower head did not work and I had to wash myself at the tap. Large and two-way acrylic mirror, from what I determined. PRIVACY IS NOT RESPECTED, moreover I think there are cameras! The walls of the rooms are dirty and stained and the air smells of mold. Stained and smelly bedding, and uncomfortable beds.

It could have been a nice stay if we did not find 2 cockroaches when entering the room. It then got better the next morning, when we could clearly hear mice squealing and scratching behind the wall ?

The room was big. The bed was king size and comfortable. Location close to city center.

The parking had only 2 spots, we had to park on the street. The bathroom looked bad. We paid 330 ron for 1 night extremely expensive for what they offered.

All the electrical connections to the wall were faulty.Noise all night from inside and outside the hotel

Location is excellent, gentleman at the reception is very supportive and nice, room is spacious, clean

We had internet connectivity issues - but it was only in our room; in other places, the internet was working flawlessly

Great location and pretty big room and beds.

Walls are trembling all night long because of the disco-bar in the basement, the room has no heater and wifi worked pretty bad.
